What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

• Sensory - about the senses or sensation

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

I love chit chats. Story time. I’m not personally huge on roleplays but I know most are. I do love tapping when it sounds like rain, funny enough I enjoy slime sound videos at my ripe age of 30 lol the sounds are great!
I’m not big into role plays either, but I have one in mind that is also a relaxing story time rolled in one I might do soon!!!😊❤️

Starbucks was my first job and I was only there for a short 5 months. But I can confirm that you have to have a special type of memory/brain to remember all the different drink recipes. I was awful at it😅 so glad others can relate lol

I think there is a ton of role play ASMR out there and you are getting followers so quickly because you don’t do any (or much) of that. I first found ASMR thru role plays but quickly got bored of it because to me it was boring or you had to have your eyes open to know what was going on. Your whisper voice is like your super power and your ability to make the most normal, or frustrating, or mundane subjects interesting enough that we don’t drift off and start thinking about the things that keep us awake, but rather drift off to sleep is your gift to us! Positive affirmations can be sprinkled in anywhere! That makes your channel so positive and a great reprieve from all the true crime ASMR, which, btw, seems kinda like an oxymoron right? True crime being relaxing?! Hahaha. Thank you for your channel!!

Hey. Paige. Love your rambles! The best. The Sopranos is one of the best series of all time-my opinion. Well written. Brilliantly acted. It’s so watchable. Surprisingly funny yet horrifying. Writer creator David Chase will not let you forget, no matter how much you come to love the characters, that they are all horrible people-criminals, murderers. But so real and compelling. I’ve watched the whole series 3 times over the years. Probably will again.

I have 2 different mics, I use a Blue Yeti and a Fifine. The one I use depends on the amount of background noise there is, the yeti picks up EVERYTHING. I film on an Apple 14 ProMax, it has a great picture. Thank you so very much for watching!!!😊❤️

Half the meds im on for anxiety and other things have side effects of appetite and weight gain. So getting back to being fit is hard.

Next month I `m going to see a doctor about getting me on a diet. I stress eat, I am taking care of aging parents and it can be worse than raising a house full kid's, but they did everything for me so now I have to put them first, I just need to also do for me as well.
