I think it is better that Megan is not responsive to arguments. I think it is her way of being humble, of trying to understand Mikael’s point of view. It would have been worse if they were both very direct. It is difficult to argue when one is not capable of understanding because he/she is not able to give way

I really love the fact that Mikael can easily put into words the thoughts that are running inside Megan's head. I mean, not everyone can easily tell what his or her partner is trying to convey. Good job guys! 💙

Because you commit to be honest and truthful you discuss a very delicate matter with ease and it shows that it's hard to hear fr the person you love the things they hate about urself it stings. Because it pinpoints to the trait or habit you need to change to take action to be better and it takes tenacity and acceptance to let your inferior self die and be reborn by being a new person a better one.

Omgee..so relatable. I laughed how Megan said that Fofo is like always "Right". I and my partner watched your podcast and his opinion towards fofo at first was like that too but if we think about it, indeed Mikael can justify well what he is saying and surely has a good point. Just WOW! Thanks for this guys! I enjoyed listening as always 💕

LOL I love you both. Love your cute ways. I also love this topic of kinds of relationships. I really like what Fofo said that you have to feel ok to yourself doing favors or whatever for people. My example is my older sister right now who is 80 years old and recovering from gall bladder surgery. When she finally came home from the hospital, she needed a whole lot of help, physically and psychologically. She is in a lot of pain to a point that she becomes unreasonable in asking for help on anything like asking to be stood up so she can try and walk with the use of a walker (mind you, she is much smaller than I am but gosh!!! she is heavy). I have a hard time making her sit up first considering the pain she is going through, then making her stand up? Wow. I exert all of my energy to do that. I usually catch my breath after all that. Finally, after a few steps with the walker, she will ask to be seated on the couch and start asking for a glass of water, juice, coffee, tea and use the washroom which is the hardest of all (one after the other every 10 to 15 minutes). Mind you, these requests drove me nuts. Anyway, these are just moments occurring on a daily basis. Her husband ( who gets "pikon" at times) and I take turns doing all that. She is "old school" and didn't want anyone outside the family to look after her but I was able to explain and talk her into it. To date, there is a nurse and a physical therapist coming in to check up on her and a caregiver to attend to all her needs. To make me feel "ok" like what Fofo said is I take breaks and go home to my own place every now and then so that when I'm ready to face my situation with my sister, I will feel ok to do whatever especially now that she's getting the help professionally. Thanks, Bonez and Fofo for discussing all those that happened and are happening to both of you. It validates my idea and what I do on how to feel "ok".

There are things na we hate or dislike about a person na we are finding some hard time to bluntly tell them. It is helpful that you, in a way, encouraged me to be upfront coz definitely telling them would make them aware for after all, it would help them.

relate na relate talaga!! this happened for employee and employer relationship. I just felt helpless and worthless. there was so much anger and hate. nagkasagutan, nagkaiyakan. pero the important thing was, acknowledged your shortcomings and humble thyself! And you ended up forgiving that person not because you want you, but because you deserve it. you deserve to give yourself a peace of mind and a world with so much respect and self values. Thank you! saya saya ko!

I have the same struggle as Megan's, yes, for me it's a struggle to be able not to speak up specially in an argument, it's not just easy for me and it's really frustrating. Coz sometimes I tried to speak up and doesn't go well and does not deliver the exact opinions/ideas that I have inside me. Maybe it is also the reason why I like guys who can speak their heart up coz it makes me want to improve myself in that issue/ struggle. I love you guys! I'm just so relate!

I can relate to Bonezy because it's so hard for me to open up or to call out something that I don't like about this person and it's bugging me forever :(( I always feel like if I voice out my dislikes about them, our pinagsamahan will gonna drift apart :(( but alright I think that's just how life works, some people aren't meant to be in our lives and it's HARD to accept it especially if you've known each other for quite sometime and in the middle of your relationship, it would be reveal that you aren't meant to be together :(

~B: I sometimes hate that you are always right!
    F: Because I'm manipulative - #RELATEtoFOFO 😂😜
~"When your partner calls you out, it's okay to feel heavy, because it's real." - 💯
    ~Bonez: "Ano 'to malaking tapa?" - 🤣🤣🤣
Super relate to Bonez's answer on when to permanently hate someone you love - when someone made a choice to disengage from you and made you feel no longer needed. That's exactly what I felt when a friend opted not to communicate what went wrong and discuss what needs to be fixed to restore our relationship. She suddenly ended our friendship without trying and giving any explanation. It's saddening because she's the least person I expect to lose. And yeah that hurts, but I had no choice but to accept. 💔 Anyways, love you couple! 💙

Nakarelate ako kay Bonez, ung i just listen and i have thoughts sa mind ko and i want to say it but i ended up being quiet and not to voice out anything. Ang hirap magexpress. i guess ung kausap ko eh magaling lang magplace ng arguement or POV which sounded beneficial sa akin. So i tend to agree to it even i have something in my mind. Eventually, slowly i'm now voicing out my thoughts to any conversation (in respectful and good manner) and i feel good about it. 😃

It will be our 1st anniversary on the 8th of July and in the 1yr that weve been married, it really is true that you will only really get to know someone once you live with them under one roof. And the list of things that I hate about my hubs is endless.lol. And so, every Saturday night I try to make it a point that we have an open discussion about life and all the random stuff and most specially I want us to try to be as honest as possible with each other. It's really tough. Some discussion nights turn into arguments and heated arguments at that. Some turned into a cry fest. But we still keep on doing it, sometimes he's the one who reminds me that it's Saturday open up night na. Sometimes, ayaw na din nya gawin. But what I always remind him is that we are just doing this to exercise our honesty towards each other and that this is one way for us to look for a common ground for some of the issues that we will never agree on. I just hope that we can keep this up and be more consistent about being honest. Thank you Bonez and Fofo for all the tips and for this podcast. In case magawi kayo dito sa Ilocos Norte, I would really want to meet you guys. Stay safe and healthy.

I found myself in the shoes of Fofo while my bf in Bonez’ #superrelate 🤣🤣🤣 I shared this podcast to my bf so he can relate as well and maybe affect him to improve his conversational skills 💛 Btw, I discovered this podcast during quarantine lang and by then I binge watch/listen na most of your podcast. You too are so cute and soooo inspiring! 🤗 Thanks for bringing us into your #relationshipgoals world! 💛
