- Hello and welcome to the channel.
In this video I am showing how you can make a mouse pad at home using basic materials that most of us have lying around. It looks good and works really good providing a smooth surface for the mouse to travel. #mousepad #diy

@@Cado_is_here 👍 i also got an keyboard plus mouse extended large mouse pad
What a neat and simple concept! I know many people are saying they can't figure it out,, but I thought the guide was clear and concise, anyone should be able to craft a decent pad with household materials

@@mrdog7585 sorry hard u fucking melt
🤣🤣🤣
Bro wtf are you talking about
Like that stitching around the border. Adds a nice touch. Well done.
❤️💜💚
I like this idea because I bought foam board for another project that isn't turning out (have to spend money on the real deal after all), so I can at least put some of it to making a mousepad with material that I also already have. Thank you for the easy tutorial!
I'm glad that you liked it.
It's been a year and a half since I made this and I'm still using it
Is it pvc foam board as I searched?
Cuz I tried find around my area but couldn't find one like that and want to use that one pls help
Yes. It's PVC foam board.
If you cannot find it, ask in furniture shops or vehicle number plate makers. They can guide you to where you can find it.
As a last resort, you can use cardboard instead.
ok thanks
i'am love it and i will try to make 1
but i still need to find some stuff
foam sheeets
cloth (internet suggest nylon fiber)
aaand that's all
thank you so much man
why you're still looking at this comment ?
I am using my 11th class marksheet as mouse pad 😌
Well....
Whatever works the best
Legend 😁
this is very helpfull because i have an allergy on rubber
Legends don't use mouse pad
They use table no need of notebook
🙌🏻
Surprisingly i have the same mouse
This is great, however it seems that it costs more to buy the foam and the other utensils than to buy the actual mousepad. I look up the prices for the type of mousepad made here and they run from 5-10 bucks. The foam paper alone in walmart costs over 10 bucks haha, so unless you really want to learn how to make your own custom mousepad, you will find this useful. Thanks for the tutorial either way.
I agree. It is better to try this if you have a piece of foam sheet leftover from another project or you can buy tiny pieces from somewhere instead of buying the whole sheet.
wtf, i get foam sheet in my country for less than 5 cents lol
Bro use the foam from amazon packages. No need to buy foam.
@@bassraja1978 lol I ended up buying one for 5 bucks at Walmart. Works pretty good! Thanks for the suggestion though.
Nobody noticed that legion mouse💀
You did. 🎉
dude thx men mmy dog bit my mouse pad lmao
Thank you now I can play nicely now
does this work with windows 10 64 bit??
Are you asking about the mouse?
Then yes it does
@@DIYwithAK i think he was joking
Tnx😊😊😊
Really simple but what type of foam sheet ur using where can I get it from?
yes i definitely have a sheet of foam
lmao
Bro just use a book cover ez and simple
Yes it can be used.
I used foam sheet instead to prevent it getting wet in case of accidental water spilling
Gooooood
I tore a pair of jeans!! This better work
Any piece of cloth would have done the job. I guess you wanted it to look cool.
Just make sure the piece of cloth is wrinkle free before sticking.
@@DIYwithAK Don't worry, he is probably kidding!
Your mouse is lenovo legion M200 rgb
Yes
The stitch was beautiful
legends be like : going to the nearby shop and buying 50 rupees mouse pad
It was very good
why make asquare mouspad... worst design
Maybe because a screen is square as well
Lol
yo which cloth is that
Regular cotton cloth

Nice
unfortunately for me I don't have any of these materials and my mom would never let me touch a thread and neaele
You can use smooth cardboard, mount board, MDF board, anything instead of foam sheet.
And as I said in the video, putting the stitches is optional. Use proper adhesive and you are good to go.
@@DIYwithAK thanks for the info but even with this info I am way too inexperienced with these materials
@@narrow3601 just put a cardbord cut it into good shape, then put 2 A4 sheets on top of it then put somethong on top likr a clothing bag or jeans
oh welp. just find something ur mouse works good on and put that material on top of a book. or you can just use a book with a nice surface.
Whats ur mouse

Nice one dude...
Nice
Which board you use
Foam board/ foam sheet
@@DIYwithAK Can i also use cardboard instead?
What type the cloth should be?
Any cloth will work fine.
But I have used cotton cloth.
I have 2mm foam sheet thats the problem....so if i use 2 foam sheets can i still be able to make the mouse pad?
Sure.
You can even use a single one but using two would make it more stronger.
@@DIYwithAK nvm i used cardboard. lol
cuz its really hard to get the 2 to stick together.
Cardboard works just as well
this does not help at all
