I’d like to call this a little more inexpensive Orlando water park trip! Seems smaller than Volcano Bay and Blizzard Beach water parks. Could be wrong, still had a good time. Let me know what y’all think or have any questions
Congrats on your way to 50k! Love water parks! Wish it wasn't so crowded tho. Good luck tomorrow with the vaccine. I get mine Thursday. But not for a cruise ☹
It is a smaller park, but still enjoyable! The point of a cabana is so you have your own reserved space. You also get water bottles, and 6 food vouchers. So, in a way. Food is included.
I like that youre so dedicated to your craft that you go to the parks alone. I also like the honest review, and the upbeat attitude. Keep up the good work man.
I love Aquatica I used to work at Discovery Cove so I went to Aquatica lot it one of my favorite water park. They also offer a lot of discounted days for college students.
I was an employee for 11 years and lost my job "due to covid". Absolutely loved working at Aquatica, but SeaWorld needs a reality check on how to treat their employees. Pools look great, hope you had a great time. Miss it a lot!
@@eggmoni7 my mistake. Technically I'm not even supposed to be talking about the way SeaWorld handled it's business with employees during and after the shutdown due to their "release disclosure". Covid gave companies the opportunity the release higher paid more experienced people so they could rehire at a lower amount and train people the job at hand. Not only that SW changed it's "severance" package 2 days before releasing everyone and gave people that had 30 years with the company the same severance as someone with 10 or 5 years. The cabanas guarantee park entrance when at capacity and provides extra shade for families especially those with little people that require naps still since you can close the curtains to block out light. It also helps with the unpredictable weather during the summer. It’s great use if you get to the park late and can’t find seating close together for your party.
Hey Kyle. Most people at these places actually don't mind other riders. Next time you can ask to ride with someone in their group. Most people say yes because the more people the faster the water ride making some of them drops exhilarating.
My family went just last week and we had a blast! It was perfect. One of the smaller parks but lines were almost non existent and there was plenty for us to do. We ranged in age from 8 months to 32 years and everyone was very well entertained
We always get a cabanas bc of kids. It’s a peace of mind knowing that we have a secured location with shades, tables and chairs. I used to never get cabanas bc well, it’s expensive but we went with friends that had gotten a cabana and I quickly realized that it made my trip that more convenient.
The cabanas are amazing! We rented the cabanas on the island. Our biggest mistake was getting the food pass. We waited over an hour in line, and your limited to what you can get each time you get online. The cabanas do include concierge services and getting food and drinks (& dranks) was soooooooo much faster!
The all day dining is where it’s at! My family and I always got that at Busch Gardens in Virginia, and then now at Sea World. You can literally get a meal every 60 minutes. Can’t beat that for $35-$40
It's been rated America's number one water park a few times. Due to price, Amenities, and Very professional/friendly staff. Volcano Bay could have been BUT they've had too many safety lawsuits and that incident when some people got shocked while in the wave pool.
We’ve gotten a cabana every time we went to discovery Cove it’s awesome a little pricey but everything is included somebody comes around every half hour to 45 minutes to refresh things it’s really worth the time that you’re there. Good luck with getting your shot I’ve gotten my first shot I go for my second shot tomorrow keep doing what you do Kyle it’s very helpful information.
We did a Cabana at Valcano Bay...was almost 300 with tax, but that included bottled water and a welcome basket of food. It was very private and comfortable (music, safe, refrigerator, ceiling fan). Looking at those at Aquatica with lawn chairs-no way!
You should go to Legoland and ride all the attractions and stay at the resort. And if you can make it to Pennsylvania check out camel Beach up in the Poconos
You should go to Tampa and try out Busch Garden’s new water park Adventure Island, plus Busch Gardens Tampa is also there for you to visit. I’m from NY but I go to Florida for the parks, love the Orlando parks and you can’t beat them, but I feel Busch Gardens is also slept on
All I know is if you need a ride buddy to any 4 SeaWorld entertainment Florida parks lmk I got my annual pass and we can turn up for the day and we can ride the slides double 🤙🏽
The Cabanas are 100% worth it. especially if you have kiddos or mulitiple adults. Plus in the Cabanas some of them you get free towels, sunblock, waters, food. Security is the #1 in my book. You get the safe feeling when walking around instead of wondering whos looking at your stuff just laying out. i know the towels and sunblock, waters are included in the prices but i now never go to aquatica without renting a cabana.
Used to work here at one of the restaurants. all day dining it's truly unlimited and from an ambassadors standpoint, when it's a busy day it is crazy crowded. Recently the line to get food at banana beach stretched all the way to Loggerhead lane, the lazy river with the innertubes.
Great video! I just went this Saturday and it was packed. Although, we didn't wait on line to get in. Also, $400 for a cabana? That's crazy because you don't spend your time sitting. You're on the water rides most of the time. You sit, eat, drink and out again. You can have your cam in the plastic case that you put around your neck, put your ID, Credit cards, money in it to protect it and leave your bags in a locker and take it out when your about to leave. Just check for the amount of time for the locker, so it won't expire. Btw, rapid river was my favorite. I went 7x without the life jacket. What a workout 🏊♀️ swimming.
With the options available around there locally, I think I would only choose Aquatica because I’m a Busch Gardens Platinum member (so Aquatica included). When you mentioned the price of the cabanas, my reaction may have been heard by my neighbors! Good luck on getting that first jab/shot! You may want to ice it after to help against it getting sore. I got my first Saturday and I’m still a bit sore around the spot today (Monday).
@@KylePalIo you'll be able to hold your camera up...I'm a wimp about shots and I'm ok...just a little sore around that shoulder...shingles vaccination hurt worse.
