You are beautiful and I love your style! I really like the way you mix different patterns and colors together. I am not a hijabi, but you make me want to become one lol.
I love your style so much. I wear headscarf i always like the scarfs in shops but think I can't wear them with my headscarf. Thank you for showing me ways I can do that can't wait to try them. : )
Dina ur such an inspiration for all the hijabis around the world! Mashallah keep doing what you are doing and don't let the haterz get to you at all! Gosh I need to get some of those cool retro glasses and please come to America someday!
I year glasses too. you look really cute in them. I would love to see you do some cool glasses and headwrap styles like erykah badu but you. you could go artsy eccentric like that and totally look great. I'm always in your comments like you could wear anything but you really could. you would style a bin bag. fashion is your art and your gift. also comedy. 😝love you!
Hi Dina I think your bideos are really great for muslims and people who aren't your tolerance for people really reflects well on islam in my opinion. I am not a muslim but I makes me want to see what the religon is all about, and isn't that the goal to make people become more open to it? I think that you are a fabulous example!! I hope you have a great day:-)
Why are people being so judgey toward this girl?? She inspires a LOT of Muslim women to feel confidant in hijab, and the negative comments do exactly the opposite. For those of you living in the comfort/bubble of a Muslim society, you have to understand that in most Muslims around the world don't have it so easy. when everyone around you is in bikinis and shorts, just wearing hijab regardless of how you tie it or wearing full pants regardless of how tight is a pretty amazing accomplishment. Y
I'm not sure if I missed the video, but how do you do your head wraps? The dimension of the cloth and what it's called (if anything) would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance, Sister!
Did you just make them up as you went along? Lol. Most of the styles look so strange..can't imagine you wearing many of these styles and actually going out hehe :P
As I read the comments nobody actually said something rude . You gotta understand too that it's fine for people to have different opinions (: as long as they're respectful
asalam alaikum, pls could u write or tell in ur next video where u got ur top from ive been looking for one like tht wud rly appreciate, thnx muchly :D
i love ittt :D can you make a neck scarf video for when we're not wearing the turban style hijab? X) cuz i'm too shy to wear turban style X(. so i was wondering if you could show neck scarf looks for you're everyday hijab style. thanks! :D
Hahahahahah!!! The music was totally off-putting but including the bit at the end with your brother was priceless so you have to get a thumbs up. Please do more vids with your family they're totally genius. How about you style your brothers to give people ideas of how to dress their husbands/ sons. xx
To everyone commenting: may I remind you that even though we want to help Dina & point out what is "haraam" , we ourselves are committing a sin by being rude/judgmental. No one knows what is in her heart or yours, only Allah (swt) can judge that. Do not waste your time gaining sins for yourself on things that are irrelevant. Instead support what she does that is right, & pray to Allah (swt) that she will see her own faults and correct them.
TO ALL DINA FANS -3(including me) Lets ignore the HATE! Instead of fighting with them lets not talk to them AT ALL! No matter who they insult or how many disrespectful things they say. inshAllah eventually they will stop. I know its very hard (sometimes it gets me sooooo angry) but we honestly cant change their minds or anything so we might as well ignore them. Plus the more we fight, the happier they get. PAY NO ATTENTION TO THEM!
I understand a 100%, she said Dina made her want to wear the hijab , and that she started wearing it because of Dina, (she inspired her) maybe you're the one who should read the comments and understand.
Unless you personally know her, you have no right to correct whatever you perceive as flaws. You are missing her intention by nit-picking at the small things. Remember that Allah (swt) will deal with us on the day of judgement with the same leaniancy or harshness with which we held others in this life. Protect yourselves by only looking for the good in others. Only say something negative if you know her, and if so do it privately.
ur comment is wonderful... when ever i am looking on Dina's videos' comments, there are lots of people that play the perfect Muslim role, and that discourage me doing videos and other girlz, that want to bring there religion in a waster country, where Modesty of a girl is not a priority. for who thinks that wearing a abaya and a hijab without makeup doesn't attract attention... HELLO I feel i attract more attention going to mosque then when I dress up for a party. xxx
How come every time Im on one of Dina's videos people start judging and others lecturing? if you don't like what you see close the tab! If you're lucky enough to live somewhere where hijab and islam is respected, don't bring down the people who aren't as lucky but still try to make it however the way! Dina, babe much love and respect to you :)
people if you are muslims and islam taught you to call people sinners and think that you're perfect enough to judge them, trust me you understood islam in all the wrong ways.
im kinda upset to see the comments below mine and likely above mine.... really tho at least the sister tries! at least she tries to wear hijab ive never seen her in anything that made me "uncomfortable" (imaan wise) i think shes beautiful and a inspirtation to others, and if you dont like it... dont watch as easy as that...
loll everyone with their own interpretations. guys-- where inthe Quran is there dictations of "jilbab" and covering the neck? just bc u cant think outside of the box sometimes doesnt mean u need to stifle other ppls free will and creativity. plus her neck is pretty much covered with the neck scarf! thanks for the inspiration dina, as always. muuah
Islam also teaches about pointing out things in public. Maybe the reaction towards your comment was a lesson for you as well, i.e. you shouldn't do it in the future. Every muslim watching is not blind, everyone can see the neck, Dina knows what she is doing and everyone is going to answer him/herself on the day of judgement. So yeah... lets just watch it.
It is also ironic that people think I was pointing out her flaws instead of taking it as simple question and answer me .I wasn't meant to be rude anyway :) Isn't the fact that people thinking it's a ' flaw ' makes them being JUDGMENTAL to her ? (: Thank you for respect
how about no! shininstar101 commented on dinas video. the feedback provided is therefore somewhat beneficial for Dina. so no yu mute it and dont get involved
I love you but seriously a whole 15 min video on how to tie a scarf around your neck? Ladies, you couldn't figure out some of these options on your own?
Who gave you the right to judge her? If you give advice in a loving way, that's fine. But to publicly criticize is not something our beloved prophet (saw) ever did. He was the first to overlook errors & led by example. No one is perfect, so yes, I will defend her good intentions. We ALL have shortcomings, if you think otherwise you are gravely misled. On the day of judgement it's said Allah (swt) will judge our deeds with the same gentleness or harshness with which we treated other people.
I’m not going to repeat, what people have already said. Because I do think people saying it once is enough. But I hope that inshallah you’re not just ignoring those comments but you’re actually taking them into consideration. Because it is highly haram, to know something is haram, but still do it. jazakallahu kayran and may Allah SWT forgive us all, for our mistakes.
You are beautiful and I love your style! I really like the way you mix different patterns and colors together. I am not a hijabi, but you make me want to become one lol.
