I think you are doing well with Mylo as a "Cat mum" 😊. You could perhaps get a protective bed covering so that next time Mylo miss uses your bed, then you don't need to buy a whole new mattress 😊. Sending you positive energy, ❤.

Make a partition so u can still have a living room for when guests come over & keep your bedroom area private to where it opens up to the current bedroom & still have access to view the TV & Mylo is just the cutest ever!

Hey hun definitely consider a mattress protector or a cheaper option a plastic table cloth over your mattress then normal bed sheets . Its hard to get angry at him since he's so cute 🥺🥰

Jayan I’m not sure if Africa has a scratching post for cats. My friend has two cats and the cats climb on it and scratch on the post and not on all your pretty things. Be careful leaving stuff on your desk that are important the cat will tear it apart, once it starts climbing more. Please take ❤
The only thing he scratches is my doormat,i have left it for him but Mylo hasn’t shown any crazy signs 😜

That was a large spot for a small cat. Could be he was holding it in. Maybe his cat box was dirty. Also they tend to do that when angry with the owner.

Since you have the cat you shouldn't have taken off the plastic from the bed or better still try buying a cover as soon as possible to protect it.for the cat gonna mess this new one for you.I am not a cat lover but they can be a handful as well as helpful
