Ambroise Thomas(1811-1896) may not be well-known, but he is indeed an important composer in the history of 19th-century French opera. His most famous works include "Hamlet" and "Mignon." Additionally, there is the romantic opera "A Midsummer Night's Dream," which portrays Queen Elizabeth falling in love with Shakespeare.
This beautiful and captivating aria is included in Sumi Jo's debut album 'Carnaval.'
It is my hope that it becomes beloved among coloratura sopranos.
