I have the same camera like yours. And I had sensor spots on my images. After watching this video 📸 my black spots it's gone. Thanks 👍 a lot. Now I'm happy 😁...
Anyone that thinks they're going to get better images by cleaning the mirror and underside of the prism is going to be sadly disappointed. The ONLY thing the mirror does is allow you to see through the lens by using the optical viewfinder. Ever wondered why when you take a photo the viewfinder goes black? It's because the mirror lifts up out of the way of the sensor, so instead of the image going to your eye it goes to the sensor. The only things you can clean to improve image quality are the lens and the sensor.
I am having issues with the Auto Focus on my Nikon D3200. If I try to auto focus it won't unless i give the end of the lens a little jiggle back and forth then it will suddenly snap into focus, but obviously this is far from ideal for capturing those spontaneous moments. I have tried following your cleaning method but the 'lock up mirror for cleaning' is NOT highlighted, and it just says 'cannot perform this with the cameras curent settings' Any tips on what I can do please,?as I really want to try cleaning this - it's driving me mad!
Clean the contacts- that is certainly your problem. They are on the camera and on the lens. Also, make sure the lens is clicking into position fully. Test by using other lenses. If they work, and your contacts are both clean then mechanically something is wrong with the lens that might require a technician...or just upgrade your glass!
Hi the mirror that cover the censor the reflective mirror. I accidentally wipe it a cloth and leave a oil smudge thingy it is safe to use the swab to remove the smudge?
oh thank you so much your video realy help me to clean and i am in stress to saw red blue white dots in my camera video this one video on yt help me only thanks
I just unscrewed it and don't know where a rod thingy goes, but looking at all these videos no one has taken it off so Im kinda worried that I fucked it up. 🥺
Spots are either on sensor or back optic of the lens also “clean image sensor” does literally nothing … you need alcohol and Kim wipes and tweezers and precision also use an air compressor… I can get anything but scratched off of sensors … NEVER NEVER NEVER use caned air and always make sure battery is full before locking the mirror up … if the shutter blades close on you while your working in the sensor you ruin your shutter I’d recommend not trying to do it your self … I’ve had to tell people sorry bout your luck but you just ruined your camera

Hi the mirror that cover the censor the reflective mirror. I accidentally wipe it a cloth and leave a oil smudge thingy it is safe to use the swab to remove the smudge?
I'd be careful and use a microfibre cloth, if it's still under warranty tske it to a professional camera shop
oh thank you so much your video realy help me to clean and i am in stress to saw red blue white dots in my camera video this one video on yt help me only thanks
Blue and red dots are just noise reduction, just turn off in settings in low light.

Do you clean the mirror behind it?
For that I would recommended actually getting the proper equipment
If theres specks on your pictures it’s always dirt on the sensor. Otherwise they would just be faint shades.
I so need this have specs on my sensory of my Nikon. And want to clean it. The shop costs $50.
Nice

never touch it… bring it to a camera smith
How to open the sensor
Menu - setup menu - lock mirror for cleaning.
@@BVCCo7 i see.. thank you
@@BVCCo7 does every camera has that option? I got canon 100d.
I put it in the dishwasher..

I follow you last month wheres you hair?
Gone
You shouldn't use a Q tip for this... It's unsafe... just saying. Look for different videos and proper tools if you don't want to ruin your camera.

Dirt here ua-cam.com/video/3EXg03Jt408/v-deo.html
Or just leave it to the professionals… scratch your sensor and your camera is trash
