Back in 1974 me and two buddies rode from Boulder, Co to outside of Las Vegas in one day. 750 miles, one guy on a Sportster, one on a SuperGlide and me on a rigid frame ShovelHead. We were so tired that we sleep on the ground off the road outside of Vegas until the sun woke us up.

Hey, have you ever thought of putting up a map of the way you guys ride to Sturgis? I know ever year it got to be different. What beautiful scenery those roads have, I have not seen anything like it. The way you take these videos are awesome, you put me right there, with you guys. 🤘
I wish I could go.. but … I have an 85 year old father who can’t be left alone more than a few hours at a time ..every morning I get him prepared for the day.. ,, breakfast, coffee.. dr appointment if any.. make him lunch.. then I go to work cleaning drains all day.. I come back make him supper .. go to bed… rinse repeat… 6 years of this… I really would love to just have the freedom to ride without any responsibility… lol I guess the day that happens though.. is not going to be a good day either..
Love the trip. So far. You know you have great riding buddies that don’t get mad when things happen, that’s what makes riding awesome adapt and over come , 🤙🇨🇦 keep the shine side up…

The kum and go right by the stinky bush store. Y’all are in my neck of the woods, Grand Junction. It’s the elevation is why he’s feeling like shit, and he’s probably dehydrated. You’re basically at 5000’ in Debeque at that gas station.
For hotspots, you’re always better off using your phone. The little box hotspots take 2nd priority on cell towers to phones so they generally only work well for a few minutes at a time.
Just after leaving Silverton not to far from where you guys put your rain gear on, there are a shit load of old cars off the edge on pone of the corners.

In Juan's case of being tired, don't forget you sweat out a lot of electrolytes and minerals. After a day of riding in Florida, I could hydrate the whole time, but feel like crap when I get home. Some salty soup or broth brings me back to life.
The Rally has gotten smaller every year. They shouldn't raise prices locally. We already get good business from the riders but everything is expensive. 10 dollar beer? wow! Anyway keep both tires on the ground ma dude! I wouldnt be holding your camera while you ride, get a harness or something, you scare the shit out of me!
Am I understanding things correctly. The new CVO Street Glide had coolant leaking in the first video and now needs air out the tire because it’s an “ill handling motorcycle”? Wow.

I know right where you were stopped. I was stopped there on my way to the 120th. I was there in 100 weather and stopped for an hour, thought it was miserable. Hail would’ve made it that much worse.

Would be interesting to know how your wet weather gear stood up to the rain..I’ve yet to find wet weather gear that doesn’t at some point find it’s way to my coconuts..

@@imbradandyouarenot it’s possible. Altitude is a major factor for some. I think Telluride is like 9k ft and Ouray is like 7k. Depends on the person and what they’re doing.
@@imbradandyouarenot A big factor for flatlanders. I've suffered from it many a time up at Mammoth Mtn ski resort, CA. Drinking booze every night going to bed ripped doesn't help, nor does coffee first thing in the morning. Gatorade, lots of water, aspirin, dill pickle spears will get the electrolyte and potassium levels up.

If you're still using GoPro cameras, you may wish to look into the DJI cameras and lose $100.00 in cost and all the GoPro faults
