I cant set up the no c.a.b signal on ableton live... Chanel 11 AND 3 comes with no sound, please help

Is channel 1 with the CAB signal still being picked up in Ableton? If you haven't already, could you please send a message to [e-mail] with more details of your setup and I'm sure we can help!

Just got the product and I cant get any sound out of my windows laptop at all, I got the mixer and the arcade downloaded. Plugged in my guitar to the sono and C- USB to the laptop but no sound from my laptop

unplugged i here it through headphones soon as i plug the usb in i hear nothing on windows 10 i have tried for weeks to sort it out followed this video but nothing whyyyy i am getting really pissed offfff

This may be due to the settings in the Sono Mixer app. Can you try turning off the "Software Controlled Mixer Mode"? This is done by going to the Sono icon in the system tray (bottom right hand corner) and then deselecting this function. You can then simply use the Monitor Mix dial on the Sono like you can with it unplugged.
