Thanks fer havin' us! The truck is noticeably happy! Really like how the scenery is "growing in" nicely! Love the magical Toady pillow (nice work Robin!). And really enjoyed the trains running! Especially liked that long shot of the Passenger train rolling through the country side! Oh, and HEAL!
Dear Mike, beautiful new door panels, handles and closure appendages on the truck. Love the way the shutting door sounded there. Didn’t know about that spring contraption which keeps the door opened. Do remember seeing parked trucks with an opened door in an almost ‘fixed’ position. Especially the wondering on the how of it. The town area is slowly developing into a true city. Will be cool to see the plaster turn green, just for the bird’s eye view. Love them trains running! Cheerio
Hi ya Mike. I, for one, like the updates on the truck. That flex seal looks great. I forgot you literally have your back to the gas tank in these old trucks. Whoa. The town looks great. Thanks for the running session. Take care. See ya next time.
Happy New Year, Mike. I do hope you and the Misses had a wonderful Christmas. Arthritis of any kind sucks; love the pillow, especially "Anything is Possi - BULL". I was sad to see Lisa gone however the Old Truck will bring you tons of work and Joy.
I enjoy your videos, Mike. I really like the ones about the truck. Old trucks and cars are so neat. I always thought the paint should be spit and polish, but now I like some patina. Keep up the good work.
The train room/shed is looking nice Mike, with all the neat decorations on the walls/etc. and the layout scenery getting more done it's looking great! Take care!
Mike , the pickup looking great . And your layout is a lot bigger than I realized . Looking wonderful . I had ask about your McDonalds quite a few months ago . I did find one and it sure is neat but like you said just a bit big for N scale , so not sure I will use it . Keep up the great work . And thanks for the quick service with my shipment .
Happy New Year to you and Robin. I really like the A-B-A and A-B-B-A sets of locomotives, they look great pulling trains. I continue to be inspired by how nice your layout looks. Your truck is coming along nicely too.
Great update and wow what a shot at 14.03 F7 snaking through sxenry - go ATSF Happy new year to you and Robbin. Say hi to your Grandson and hope to see more of his layout build. Take care Kevin
Great video again !!! I see that you allready have an anti-thief system in the truck : a manual transmission !!!!! Happy and healthy new year my friend !!!
Hello Mike, great truck refurbishment project! Your train layout is getting better all the time, I like it! By the way, I also have the light flickering issue with Kato passenger cars, cleaning of wheels does not help much. I am thinking of installing a capacitor into the car, to balance the power supply to the lights. What is your idea? Regards from Hubertus and Happy New Year!
Both the truck and layout coming along nicely Mike. Did you consider putting Dynomax in the truck cab? It will make the interior a little quieter and more pleasant to ride in.
Town is looking mostly finished, everything is blending together nicely now. What will you do (if anything) to reduce the obvious seams where two pieces of roadway connect or abut one another?
@@N-Scale Thanks Mike, that might make a good "How-to" for your other channel - haven't seen a new video there in a couple of years. I'm also curious how you feel about your use of Peco for the branch line - don't recall how you connected it to Kato Unitrack, that might be another nice how-to - and whether you might use that in lieu of Unitrack if you were starting a layout from scratch.
The other track brands simply use a standard joiner in place of a Kato joiner and I solder them at that point. I do not do many how to videos anymore as they are way to time consuming and so many ways to do it, but I will see. Thanks , Mike@@caryhocker
Mike…. Truck is coming along great. Do you have any plans to install a modern stereo system with maybe some Bose speakers ? The layout and run session looked great !
very smooth running layout; nice to see trains running through the scenery you've completed. have you done any operating sessions for fun or has it all been working on the scenery?
Hey Mike, the truck is gonna be sweet when it's done. The layout is looking great as usual. I have a question...are all of your locomotives powered? Your trains run so smooth I was just curious.
HI Mike thx for the up date awesome hope all is well.😊😊👍👍

I was given that set but the light fliker can be the bearing cups have crud in them !!

Dynomat is too expensive for this truck !! It does work !
Town is looking mostly finished, everything is blending together nicely now. What will you do (if anything) to reduce the obvious seams where two pieces of roadway connect or abut one another?
Not sure yet but likely AZ rock Asphault powder

No , not at this time and I am not into music while I drive , too much.
Mike

I have not done any operations as the branch line is not complete. I am not really a fan of operations.
