You are doing very good. Some of my suggestions are
1. Talk about the events and their benefits and how to score best points in events like AR,IR,GR.
2. Talk about the responsibilites one person is suppose to do be it R4, R3, R5 or president. (Most doubts are cleared for me in this video but a detailed video would be beneficial)
I have a made a new account because I wanted to enjoy the game. The question is what should we do keep the alliance healthy, talkative, active. I hate when people forget you it is the worst feeling.

I am 60mil might player looking for a alliance that I can grow in.
The truth is I haven't fought much since I was in an alliance which never made it to top 5 and then broke away. But iam willing to fight with some mentoring to use my troops right and efficiently.
The current alliance is a vietnamese alliance which I feel left out because of the language barrier. Rn mostly I support others in garrison and rallies as my troops get vapourized as soon as I get to the field.
