There are a ton of tutorials already, look up how to use mod menu’s like Simple Trainer along with Scripthook

To stop moving the camera while driving a car in GTA 5, press the right thumbstick (R3 button on PlayStation controllers). This will stop the camera from moving around until you move the thumbstick again.
