I am apostolic, and taking the Bible in context, I don't see where they get the handling of snakes, not taken in context, because other scriptures don't back up that teaching. If I do find myself in a snake handling 'church' it will totally by accident, and I will leave as soon as I find out they are.

However, in the Holy Bible, we are told that no one who dies in a sinful condition, will ever go to Heaven, but that, body and soul, after having faced God at The Great White Throne Judgement, will be cast into The Lake of Fire and Brimstone, there to burn forever and ever! Pentecostals teach that a person has to speak in an unknown "Tongue", to prove that they're filled with the Holy Ghost. However, according to the Holy Bible, that is not the case. The indwelling Holy Spirit is Power for daily living, so that the Christian can live right, before God. The Holy Spirit gives the Christians the absolute Power, to say no to the Devil, when he tempts the Christian to do wrong. Presbyterian Doctrine:The doctrine of predestination. This Doctrine teaches that God only deals with the ones, that will be saved. However:The Holy Bible speaks differently on this subject, stating: WHOSOEVER WILL, let him come, and drink of the Water of Life FREELY! Jesus Christ died for the sins of all mankind, not just some!!! Finally: Sanctification. Several "Religious Denominations", such as the "Church of God", the Wesleyans, and the United Methodists, teach that Sanctification is a "Second Definite Work of Grace, which is, according to them, apart from Salvation. It's a teaching that says that a person can become a "Christian", and yet have old sinful habits in your life, that God will deliver them from, at a later date, when he "Sanctifies" them. However: The Holy Bible tells us:"Therefore, if any Man be in Christ Jesus, he is a new Creation. Old things are passed away, and behold, all things are become new. When God saves a person, he delivers that person, not only forgiving them of their past sins, but God also delivers that person from all-ALL!!!!!-of their sinful habits! I'm sorry to go on for so long... but I needed to clear the air, as to where "Religious Denominations" end up going wrong the times that they do...and that the Holy Bible tells us the Right Way, to follow Almighty God!!!
