I really enjoyed this product for about 7 months. Then it stopped working and company was hard to deal with. Now they want me to mail it back to Taiwan for them to assess it even after I sent them their requested video showing it was not operational. Very disappointed now.
Didn't work for me at ALL and I am a prime candidate. Light skin, dark hair. Didn't work at all and it burned. They do NOT honor the guarantee, just give you a run around and send coupons to buy more from them. They block all negative reviews. It is disgusting.
I love your content, but I don't know how you can back a product like this on just ease of use. Three weeks is not enough time to know whether it works. I've seen a lot of sponsored videos from this company and I fell for one and once I found in order to earn my trial period I'd have to take and submit pictures of my bikini area - I was appalled. Company is very difficult to deal with and can only be contacted by email. If you ask to talk to someone, you can't. They will stick you with this equipment so make sure you want that before you commit because the trial is a scam.

And they have all these influencers in their pocket being paid to promote them :/
