Thanks for this helpful video. I guess a lot of people like to retire in the Philippines because if they save enough money for retirement they can live like kings.
Thanks for watching 🤗 Yes, the country is very popular among the retirees
Really good information! Thanks!!
Thanks for watching 🤗
very interesting but often repetitive information -💫💢💯 as a host - you should speak to the camera and show more enthusiasm
I live in a quite guarded subdivision on a mactan island (Cebu) I have 3 bedroom house with two car roof covered garage for 18k plus utilities. I never heard a single rooster or karaoke singing in my 4 years living here and I’m 10 minutes from The beach and about 20-25 minutes from all big Cebu Malls like Sm Seaside, Sm Cebu, ParkMall and Ayala.
I do like Dumagete as well but unfortunately rental prices there for similar house as mine about 8-10k more.
Monthly budget for me, my gf and her daughter is 120k per month including our travel expenses.
I never met anyone in my 5 years experience living here who is enjoying their lifestyle on a less then a 50k per month-it’s called squatting.
@@YuriUK Then you have to meet someone with the monthly income $100k+/month, they'd probably call your lifestyle pathetic. The higher your income the higher you life standards and you never want to downgrade.
I currently own land on Samal and you have to walk around and ask about rentals not through face crook its a scam ,,, they don't post price because they want to hook a foreigner don't fall for this BS
What stops them from manipulating the price in person?
Send wife or girlfriend my wife goes ahead of me
PH is not the ideal country for foreigners to settle foreigners in PH have very limited rights can't own properties & full business ownership foreigners obtain PH citizenship if born & raised in PH like the prominent Spanish Ayala family which is not the case of newcomers PH is heaven on earth for rich Filipinos only
