if king moves Kh3 will not be able to check. Now you are in trouble. Rf2+ kf2(almost force) re2 then you can mate. Even if King doesn't take, you can check and mate.

Black queen at g4 won't allow kh3 , after k×f2 either qe2 or re2 both will lead to win
