its actually a saeshin nail drill , saeshin is an korean company. they made nail drill and dentist drill. medicool , velentino etc.. , they're all just a rebrand. I still recommend the older medicool 20k model because handpiece has better torque comparable to the legendary up200 handpiece. torque is what you're looking for in a handpiece not rpm, using a high torque handpiece at low rpm will create less heat and still be able to file smoothly without getting stuck if you need pressure.Low torque handpiece in the other hand you will need to increase the rpm to get the same power but it will create more heat. this tell you which handpiece has a more quality motor within the handpiece. whoever have been using up200 handpiece before know that the handpiece only has 20k rpm on it but it'll file through any hard acrylic like butter without stalling/stuck. professional portable efile I recommend are the manipro older model with longer handpiece not the slim handpiece one, medicool 20k, and the luraco pro 30k

  • @alliehorsey9132

Light Elegance's Zippy e-file appears to be a private-labeled Medicool Pro Power 35K Portable as well. I don't think people realize how common private labeling is; these brands don't have the resources to manufacture all of their own electronics. Thanks for talking about how that doesn't mean it's a scam.

  • @reebryant8033

Great detail video. However I’m still lost as to what makes that drill worth $300+ . The sparkle pro melody Susie drill goes to 35k rpm as well and that drill is only $180. And the handle is just as slender as the one you have. I’m basically asking is the mechanisms inside different which will make one last longer than the other because it’s not then I’m seriously confused as to why one is preferred over the other.

This is exactly why I havent bought this Melody Susie model even being so highly reviewed and such a big Amazon seller. New to doing gel manis at home this year and seems like whether you get a $30 cheaper variety or pay top dollar there are endless experiences of both breaking down within a year just the same. Makes it so hard to choose as dont mind investing but joke able to have something break down at high costs too.

I love a good quality titanium bit with flutes, I think they are called.🤷🏻‍♀️ I heard of a nail tech, (she commented on my video ) using a 4x coarse grit n I was shocked at that. I usually use my desktop one it's only a back up...so no report on longevity. Plus only bern a few months ago.
I did have issues when I first tried it...(like my 1st ever a super cheap one...) motor was unscrewed a bit...in the handle they come loose sometimes. You can see it in my video even. 1st time I use one in film without fully testing first too.
I've had it happen on two brands so far.
Once, my" no name one" made odd noises all the sudden then stopped.... I unscrewed handle of my 1st (a no name kind) took out motor and put back in presto worked again...so far works🤞 but I gave it up for a prettier model. Lol now I sound mean 😂😂😂 the AIRSEE, (same as another MS) that has the hole in center like one you showed.
