Thank you for doing this we just brought in Arden (really wanted to be more in the Wellington area but just couldn't find what we needed with two very young boys 4 and 2). Arden is a great community but not convenient to anything. I hope they develop with services and clean up Southern Blvd though.
The weird thing is, you said you were the first person to live in The Isles... You said you moved to Wellington in 2003... The Isles was up and almost completely full by the year 2000. I went to polo park middle school neighboring the neighborhood and had several friends living there by 2000.

The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring no jobs, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself
Great videos ! I'm french and I got a job offer in Wellington. I don't have driving licence yet, can you tell me if Wellington is "walkable" or if there is enough public transport to move inside the city and even the county ? thank you in advance ;)
Thank you for your comment. Wellington is not really walkable unless you live very close to the mall area. If so, you can walk to enough shops, stores and grocery. In general, it is not a walkable city. Public transportation in south Florida is not really great. I hope this helps and feel free to contact me if you have any other questions :)
Do a search for south florida chinese or stop in almost any chinese restauarant in broward/palm beach and pick up a copy of the free newspaper and that will give you an idea of how large an Asian community is.
