It was a good showcase, but did they pop off this year with games? No. Absolutely not. 2025-2026 will be the prime time for the Series X/S console generation cause they’ve had all these games on the shelf and getting delayed.
Even though we have not gotten to seen the Pendulum Wars (other than from the novels and comics) Emergency Day is the event of the Gears of War Universe we haven’t fully explored. And this is what I have been waiting to see since the first Gears of War game came out in 2006. What an impact this reveal trailer this is!
