The power of nightly prayer is undeniable, but does relying on God mean we stop striving for solutions ourselves? At what point should we let go and let God take over?

I don't think there is a firm and fast rule, but in each situation to ask Him and listen for His voice and leading. It's different daily; it's supposed to be so that we stay close and ask daily.
