Sorry to say guys but Breathe isn't a lesbian coming of age love story I'm afraid. It's a dark drama about bullying and abuse. Sarah is one of the worst bullies you ever see on screen. Yes in the start of the film when Sarah/Charlie are friends they do indeed have a bit of thing going on but Sarah is really only using her to have her under her thumb. Once Charlie shows that Sarah is her equal rather then above her, Sarah flips and ends up wanting to destroy Charlie.
It's a great film but nope this isn't a love story and the girls don't get together. And it has a super dark ending too.
Charlie put up with everything Sarah did to her until in the end Sarah told her she will go to Paris with another girl.. anyway, everyone can have different interpretation, that's just my opinion..
I hope they get together anyway!

Salut, j’ai essayée de voir et comprendre ce que tu me demandais mais, tout ce que je peux te dire c’est qu’elle (Sarah) ne dit pas « we found something « Ce que j’ai comprise de ta vidéo c’est qu’elles sont ivres, elles parlent en anglais pour s’amuser, puis, la brunette lui dit qu’il est trop tard car elle est déjà amoureuse… Sérieusement, dis-moi, est-ce un vrai film?! Et comment il finit, STP!!!😔🥺😩😝
Finalement, laisse tomber ma dernière question. J’ai fait mes recherches… je crois que je ne regarderais pas ce film de Mélanie Laurent. C’est bizarre, j’ai le même prénom !!😏 C’est une bonne actrice….

I understand a little French but not good enough to understand Sarah's drunk talking.. it sounds like "...we foundre des draws.." to me but it doesn't make sense.. but thanks anyway 🥰
@@5minBS She said « Don’t go too fast comme ça vite fait entre deux doors » meaning take your time with me. It’s a French idiom « entre deux portes » you can look it up if you like. Hope you can understand better now ;)

@@minikiniklub So the directors intention was to make the main character appalling and ugly to look at? Why would that be good for the movie? Movie is not supposed to make you horny either, but its supposed to be an enjoyable watch.
@@vladtepes2274 The director's intention was to tell a story. And not always the main characters are all-around perfect and loveable. If you can't relate watch another movie.
