- Some interesting clue point to the possibility that Odin had collected all the Infinity Stones before Thanos did! Subscribe to our channel: bit.ly/Subscrib...
Avengers Infinity War sparked many theories, and while in recent months some theories started floating around about the possibly that Odin, the former king of Asgard, might have attempted to collected the stones himself, out theory is that Odin not only sought the stones, he actually did collect all six of them. We believe Odin was able to save the universe from ancient beings thousands of years ago, and by using the Infinity Stones himself Odin has caused many events that have transpired in the twenty MCU films.
In this video we will delve into the question of why would a powerful being like Odin will seek the dangerous Infinity War, how he had used them, and what part did Odin played beyond that. We will even offer an explanation on how could Odin obtained the hardest stone to get, the soul stone. A stone that in order to retrieve it, Thanos had to make the ultimate sacrifice. Odin might have been behind this act, and also responsible for the devastating snap that wiped out half of all life in the universe, including some of our favorite Marvel characters, like Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange and the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Our theory will even solve few plot holes, like what was the deal with that fake Infinity Gauntlet in the Thor films and how did the Red Skull end up on the planet Vormir. Could Odin actually be the answer for so many of our questions, and did Odin collect all the Infinity Stones first, watch our great theory video and find out!

Is it just a coincidence that Thanos took action to take the stones when Odin died?
No, Thanos is a genius like Tony and others, he has superior-technology and when he fought the avengers, he studied them, that's why he knew Tony Stark in the battle on Titan and when Tony was shocked and asked him about it, he said "You're not the only one cursed with knowledge", he probably knew that Odin will be able to stop him easily, that's why he didn't take move.
NotTipp yeah, thats why he waited for ancient one too.
nah, the real reason Thanos waited to collect the stones are because thanos didnt know where the soul stone is located. there is no point for thanos to start collecting stones if he didnt know where the soul stone is
the russo brothers talked about it in an interview
@@abdullahharith8785 Actually he didn't, there is no point at dying against ODIN BORESON, that's why he waited, or made other people collect it for him (Ronan, etc), He waited and he started his collection going forward
If you read the book of Thanos which takes place before Thanos is the Mad titan it is a story of his childhood and growing up and his path to becoming the Mad-Titan and he discovers the stones and starts looking for them before Iron Man 1 even takes place
Odin sacrifice hela's mother, he remarried to Thor mother is my theory, they definitely have different mothers.
I think Thanos waited for Odin to die before he decided to face the Avengers and collect the stones.
He actually was waiting until he had a definitive lead on the soul stone.
The only beings powerful enough to stop thanos died recently the ancient one.....ego.....Odin.....seen that somewhere dont remember if it was officially from the directors or a theory
@@savage7ecneek437 theory
yeah. if odin was well and alive, thanos would never be able to assault the dwarven forge and force them to make the gauntlet for him. without the power of the stones, odin would wipe the floor with thanos.
Odin has defeated Thanos maybe everytime (might not seen all comics) so yes he definitly had to wait :D
Actually the energy that is within Odin's Spear (Gungnir) and The Destroyer Armor was the power of the Odinforce not the Mind Stone.
NERD
Lol jk
Which he drew from the nine realms
And where do you think Odin got his Odinforce?
It's true for the comics right, but the MCU doesn't necessarily follows the comics because it does change from time to time. The idea of the spear uses the mind stone powers seems plausible enough.
Even after endgame this theory is still pretty plausible. There’s still maybe a few plot holes like how to get the soul stone and why Odin would make it like that but that could possibly lead anyone to a long conversation and debate about why a good guy couldn’t get it and why a bad guy couldn’t get it and why Thanos was the one to get it.
Agamotto and Oden were part of the first Avengers.

I think Loki will be the key to connect the avengers to Odin's truth. Loki always knows more. And Tom Hiddleston recently tweeted "Loki. More mischief to come.". Loki is smarter than Thor, I'm sure he already figured something -- that might have been his reason to create all that mess in the 1st avengers movie -- he has other motives.
Loki created the mess in the first avengers movies because he was trying to gain power and he betrayed everyone. infinity war wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Loki's mistakes. He's literally the god of trickery and mischief.
Instead of chopping off Thanos' head why didn't he chop off his arm??!!!?!!!???!

At the beginning of Infinity War Squidward told Thanos that he is the first to contain at least 2 infinity stones
That we know of. We all know that Thanos might be the first to weld all 6 infinity stones, Squidward was just going off of what he knew
Loki has 2 stones at one point though in Avengers 1

My man
Stan used the infinity stones to reverse the actual reality to become a comic book and made the whole universe magicless with simple laws.
Yes, on a couple occasions the One-Above-All (most powerful being in the entire omniverse) was depicted as Stan Lee.
What if thanos didnt really love gamora he just used the reality stone
O: never thought about that
Says "alter reality itself, not an illusion." Shows the scene with an illusion
Yeah in reality loci was changed from a frost giant at birth not ‘just’ an illusion of change. ‘Just’ illusion powers are also available to loci. Right?
“Absolute power corrupts absolutely” is the right quote
We already know that
I think this theory is great. It explains a lot of Asgard’s powers including Thor, Loki, Hela, And Heimdall. Otherwise their powers are very mythical which is hard to explain with the rest of the MCU but makes complete sense if the stones were involved. Plus Odin is supposed to be this all powerful god so it would make sense that he might be able to wield maybe not all stones at once but at least one at a time. So maybe he couldn’t wield more than one at a time still making Maws statement to Thanos accurate but he was able to individually use one stone at a time which is still very powerful. And he wanted to collect them all so that no one else could match his power by using a different stone against him as an all powerful being would make sure his power cannot be matched or surpassed by anyone else. But like this theory states, he realized that he was being corrupted so he decided to encase the stone in artifacts and spread them around the universe after banishing Hela. The only problem with this theory is that you would think Hela would talk about the stones after coming back from banishment unless Odin had dispersed them before Hela was aware of their existence. But otherwise why does Asgard have these all powerful beings, that aren’t considered eternals without supposedly having any origin of their power other than the “power of the people”?
Thing is, Hela could identify the infinity gauntlet not only as an infinity gauntlet but as a fake. She had to have some knowledge of the concept.
Yes very true, meaning the gauntlet thanos has is a copy of another gauntlet, makes sense why it turned to crapm maybe celestials forged a gauntlet after they couldnt handle the stones ie...guardians of the galaxy
Bor was already powerful without any Infinity Stones. They don't need them to be powerful.
gotta catch em all!
It’s “absolute power” not “ultimate power”
Not Unlimited Power!!!!

The saying is "power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely." You're welcome.
I always believed that Loki turning asguardian was because he was a natural-born shapeshifter
Technically I headcannon it, but it's very possible. in the original Norse myths Loki was definitely a shapeshifter as well as being gender-fluid, and while the MCU has definitely different from those myths a lot references like Loki turning into a snake when he and Thor were kids are present in the movies.

.... Because there isn't really a reason why he can't do both...
Honestly, I think that Odin got all the stones then he went to war and created Asgard as his kingdom. After all Asgard has a very powerful tools and equipment's and people that has special powers. I think Odin gave up his stones because he couldn't handle the power and injured himself (he has to go to sleep for a very long time just to recharge his power. He doesn't even know when the next time he will make up). Odin then got scared that as he got weaker he will not be able to handle the stones power. So he hid the stones so that other people will not collect all the stone to be used against him. That why he placed the stones in very special places. That is what I thought.

Why would Odin make a map to the soul stone?
in infinity war, ebony maw (the guy iron man calls squidward) says no one has ever collected 2 infinity stones and why would he have to have an army to concur worlds with the infinity gauntlet? and the portal in vormir looking like the bifrost is 1 of the biggest stretches i've ever seen, one is a narrow rainbow streak and the other is a massive blue portal opening and how is there being containers of the stones prove odin had all the stones? and the things the reality stone do are temporary so that doesnt make sense about loki. additionally the fact that a blast is yellow isnt particularly strong evidence so yes most your evidence is a stretch like you said at the end of the video
aether's effect is not just temporary, remember malekith would to use the aether to turn matter to dark matter for all eternity.
well in the directors commentary for infinity war they said that it was temporary effects so yay confusion
@@8bitadamantium306 director said . Aether itself doesn't has enough power to make it effects permanent. But for dark elf or any ancient being , it could be permanent. Remember , the context of commentary only refers to the moment why thanos doesn't use only aether to fulfill his desire erasing half of the universe.
Loki had 2 stones in the first Avengers film.
Maw is wrong about Thanos being the first to possess two stones.

Odin’s gauntlet is right-handed. Thanos’ is left-handed. Significant?
Just that any time an Asgardian fake appears, it tends to be a mirror image.
Maybe odin was right handed and thanos was left handed. They had the dwarfs make it for their dominant hand.
For me, I think the writers should made a movie that shows the timeline of each stones from tye beginning to the end... Just my opinion hehe
Yees
Honestly, this theory for desnapping is much better than the actual method applied in endgame. Time travel opens pandora's box, and a universe-saving normal rat is a little unrealistic.
Better Plot then Avengers End Game, this would have been better!
I think some of this is still correct. To add to other comments, why did Thanos know to go to Nidavellir to make the gauntlet? Other races could have made a gauntlet (Tony Stark, for example....), yet he went to Nidavellir and the Asgard dwarves. Why? Probably because he knew that the dwaves had made such a gauntlet before and, therefore, could make one again. He could not guarantee that anyone else could do it.
You trully earned a subscribe!
Well done
Your theory sounds better than what we got in End Game. Anyone else notice that the fake gauntlet fits a right hand while Thanos wields a left handed gauntlet?
They need to make an Odin movie, to see his story and his power on display would be awesome!!
Cool vid brother!
I think this video doesn't make sense because in end game Odin didn't show up but good video I really admire it.
He showed up btw, but in the past lol
Odin most certainly did possess all the stones at one point or another, but... I think he did get the soul stone from Vormir. In Norse mythology, Odin willingly sacrificed his eye to obtain something - it's argued as to exactly what that was. In some versions it was a drink from the well of knowledge, but there's lots of other ways that I've heard it told too. I think that Odin, being a vain man, sacrificed a part of himself, the person who he loved the most at the time, in order to obtain the Soul Stone.
Now these stones are used as pokemon Z-moves
Zarif Bhuiyan facts lmao
One more thing to consider, Odin probably own that time stone first and that's why he knew that Ragnarok was gonna come no matter what. He probably had a good relationship with the past sorcerer supreme, Agamotto, and hey, his wife was also a witch if you think about it.. So, maybe a relative? and Odin feels that it is safe to entrust the dang time stone to someone, which became the Eye of Agamotto
The gauntlet in the temple was for the right hand, and the one Thanos used was for the left. Hela had said it was fake, and she had known lots about Odin as his firstborn. Also, in the infinity war movie, the dwarf said he had made a different gauntlet for Thanos. So the one in the temple was probably a failed prototype. This is a very strong theory, but you need to look closer.
in infinity war squidward told thanos that he was the first being in the universe to harness the power of two infinty stones
Imo, his not the first but yes he had his moment on this. Even Hela knows about the gauntlet. Prolly this happened during Odin's prime. And just like what Hela said, Odin just retired and change to become good. So he scattered them across the universe and created the vormir sacrificing thing to make sure no bad guy can collet all the stones since we 'thought' bad guys doesn't know what love is and has nothing/no one to sacrifice in Vormir BUT apparently Thanos loved Gamora 🙄😮💨
Cool. I love it but I watched endgame already
THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER than the endgame movie was. Instead they where like, "Let's use time travel to sort of kind of fix some of it and then break the rules of time travel that we made". Why couldn't they have watched your video.
De Mau (or however you spell it): "Nobody has ever had the might, neigh the nobility to wield not one but two infinity stones." Thanos was the first to have only two. Plus Odin is already the most powerful being shown in the MCU thus far, he has no need for them.
Theory. Odin sacrificed hela in vormir to gain the soul stone.
Thus when he died hela was released ?
The magic of the bifrost still exist even after destroying Asgard due to two reasons. First When hulk was sent to earth we clearly see heimdall asking the all fathers to allow him to use the power on last time and second when thor groot and rocket go to nivedellir to get the storm breaker the dwarf actually says that IN THEORY IT COULD EVEN SUMMON THE BIFROST. So thor's axe the storm breaker can summon the bifrost. ☺
Odin needs his own movie
I love the MCU
I like man of Steel

Odin has every reason to trust the sorcerers of Earth with the time stone. In AIW, Heimdall sent Hulk straight to doctor strange bc he knew the sorcerers are another strong force besides the Asgardians.
Great video
Heimdall was right that Thor would be the reason that Asgard would be destroy. Guess what Thor bought that big demon which destroyed Asgard
Since Odin is guardian of the nine realms he would know if Thanos was directly going around looking for the stones and with his kind of power he may have been the only one to stop Thanos.. So after Odin dies he attacks and Destroys the Asgardian first. Everything Thanos did was calculated.

I think Odin may have sacrificed Hela to obtain the Soul Stone, and it was in his possession up until he died in Ragnarok. Noticed how Hela reappeared at the very moment Odin died? I think that’s because her soul had been imprisoned in Odin’s Soul Stone and when he died, the Stone returned to Vormir and Hela was freed. This is also why Thanos waited up until the ending of Ragnarok to go after all Stones.
HellsJerome87 same I thinks that’s gonna happen
And so killing Thanos will bring at least Gamora back from the "dead"
I mean... hela was trapped in helheim...not the soul stone.

Norse myth already has a ton of inspiration to draw from for example Odin actually has more in common with Loki in his youth more a mastermind trickster, they kinda hinted about it in Thor Ragnarok.
P. S he also has a talking head that gives him advice in the Myth but they could just make it another Asgardian in the film
Also we can have flashbacks to Thor's and Loki's youth which means they can adapt some of the funnier elements of Norse myth like that time they had to crossdress to retake Thor's hammer or that time a Wizard tricked them into doing challenges for him. ShnoogleMan THE COLLECTOR
In the comic it is actually svattered across the universe. I think the movie made it only 2 galaxy so it would fit the already existed mcu
Perhaps because when the first being died, creating the Infinity Gems they created our Universe and because theu are linked they stayed near eachother.
I think the mystics, those who are a part of the mystic arts, had possession of all the stones. They seem to know well about the time stone.
No, that’s not how it works.
If that’s the case, then the Reality Stone shouldn’t work with the others, since it’s from a different set from the other stones. Why would Thanos bother wasting time with all the heroes of that Galaxy, when he could just go to the other Galaxy, and gather them all there peacefully and let his squad find them?
That means that currently, with the 2 galaxies mentioned above, There are 12 stones, but we’ve been told that there were only 6 scattered across the Universe, meaning NO, there are NOT 6 stones in each galaxy, but they all are in one Universe.
Anyways, God Bless!

It's just an easter egg, not to be taken seriously.
She would know (sense) if the stones were real, just like any of the Asgardians. She would also presumably know what Uru looks like on sight...like we know what aluminum or plastic look like for example.
The real gauntlet is left handed, the one in thor 3 was right handed
What if she knew about the real one odin used and the one in asgard is fake 4 misdirectioning others trying to seek the stones?
