This video didn't even mention that he slashed his own eyeballs with a sharpened piece of tile he pulled off the wall. That's why he wears sunglasses a lot.

It takes years sometimes decades for a person to be out to death. Once you're sentenced to death, you have several appeals you can do to try and have the sentence overturned. These appeals can take years.

Sometimes judges do that when they feel like the prosecutor is "piling on". Assault, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Attempted Murder. A prosecutor will charge with all three and the jury will convict of all three and the judge will give concurrent sentences because it's actually all the same crime. How did you commit attempted murder without committing assault with a deadly weapon or without committing assault?

This one prisoner has loaded rifles aimed at his heart and everyone is made to stand away from him even when shackled but is led around by a metal collar and chains around his neck. he only visits an appointed lawyer who is behind bulletproof glass and is brought back to his cell after 30 minutes. This one prisoner has killed at least three lawyers appointed to him already. this guy has the label no human contact due to his danger level and unpredictability.

It's not unusual to have sentences run concurrently. It's not the judges fault. Judges do not have the gift of foresight.
