iI have a condor trigger stopped working I took it apart and now I cant get it back together any way you could do a trigger video or where I can get some help? Its a newer one
I removed the tank, barrel, power wheel, hammer and hammer spring. It appears that the safety is gouging the hammer every time the cocking lever is pushed forward. Have you seen this, where the automatic safety is gouging the hammer? Is there a video for removing the automatic safety and leaving it as a manual safety?
Good question. I do not know why you would need an extra bushing. I’m not familiar with that brand of moderator. All I’ve ever used are Neil Clague. I might suggest contacting your source for that moderator and check with them before you invest in something you may or may not need.
Hi Dave great video and nice rifle. I have an Airforce Condor SS .25. My rifles power wheel is stuck on the lowest power. Didn't seem like it was to much but went to turn it back up and it's stuck and won't budge. I thank you in advance for any help or advice that you can share.
Shawn Dubay Hey Shawn! Remove the barrel by working the steps in the video backwards. Be sure to remove the PW indicator screw from the PW first before trying to remove the barrel assembly. It’s going to be easier to unlock the PW assembly once it’s outside the gun. Let me know if you need further assistance.
@@airgunsoftulsa thank you. I did exactly that and works great now. I noticed that you have a heavier anti slapp hammer. Does it really hush the mechanics alot?? Also if I get one how much will I need to back down the power setting to shoot lighter pellets?? Going to be doing some pesting at a horse stable and don't want to create a supersonic crack that will freak out the horses. You seam very knowledgeable on the Airforce airguns. I have the Condor SS in .25 caliber. It's already pretty powerful as is but looking to make the action quiet and give it some more power. Would be awesome if I could get it to 100 fpe.
@@shawndubay4050 Hey Shawn! It will quite the hammer slap a fair amount. The installment shouldn't change the FPS much if any at all. Ideally, use a chrony (you really, really need a chrony to tune an Air Force gun) to get the speed down to around 800-850 shooting the JSB Kings (25.39g) this is the ideal speed for accuracy and will obviously be below the speed of sound. If you need more impact energy, use the 34g JSB heavies. 890-920 is the ideal speed for those in a Condor. Going to be really difficult to get 100fpe out of a Condor and achieve accuracy, shot count and quietness without spending a great deal of money. I was getting about 60fpe out of mine without any special "tuner" parts and was able to take medium size pest such as racoons and skunks. Hope this helps. Best of luck in your pesting!
@@airgunsoftulsa thank you so much for the info. The pest I'm going after are groundhogs and raccoons. Maybe a close coyote. All headshots of course. Been thinking about looking at 40 or 43 grain Seneca pellets. Don't know if slugs are a good option for the Condor SS.
@@shawndubay4050 Stick with the JSB's. The barrels in the AF guns are Lothar Walther and are designed around JSB pellets. I tried the Seneca back when they were under a different label and they really didn't have any consistent accuracy. Also, the tin had a bunch of lead shavings from their castings.
No wonder these guns are so inaccurate. Two barrel bushings to center the barrel wtf ? The amount of resonance and harmonics that already happen is violent ...but to support all of that ..two bushings . Just what the fuck 🤣 . Pencil thin barrel with all of these flaws = 3 inch + groups at 100 yards. All for the price of 1000$ . What a great deal !
I couldnt find the video on how to assemble the trigger assembly. Did you end up not making that video?

Dave I was going to put a Robin modulator with adapter? And was told I need to order another bushing, do you know why think barrel length is 24"
