I’m liking this figure a lot! Is he really a “snake in the grass”? A double agent? A hero? Only you can decide. (My take on an old 1970’s G.I. Joe commercial). Good review!
There’s something about Action Force that makes me not collect them. I think it’s the bland colors and designs. I have Bone Collector and Karek, and both are good. I haven’t bought any afterwards.
@@stephenhabacon6380to be fair colors are the reason I didn't pick up G2 transformers in the 90s but ironically I really want the Con Exclusive Swarm Trooper based on waspinators wild color scheme lol 😂😂
@@CocoasmoothTheCasualColl-yo8bc I get why some toy collectors go for the more sci fi characters such as the SWARM and the Praetorian. Not everyone can be a hard core military toy collector like Tony Roberts aka Analog Toys but even he will buy a BATS or a Praetorian if it looks dope in this case.
@stephenhabacon6380 I'm a wild one if it's executed well I'll get it. For example I was not interested in Heavy Duty or Raptor being made because I thought they were ridiculous but after seeing the photos... I was like...i think I like them now lol
I have to say four to six years into the line it’s really boring and underwhelming. There are tons of weapons packs, troop builders, and gear packs but there is no character development or lore that gets anyone excited to collect this line. In 5-6 years there are three named main villains. There are 14 main named good guys. 17 main character’s is very little. It’s really pathetic when you think about all the time Bobby Vala wastes talking shit about everyone else but he only has 17 named main characters hero’s and villains included. GIJOE has over 400 named main charecters just to put it into prospective. I wish instead of wasting time disparaging other people other companies he spent that time improving his line. Because it’s really generic and weak in comparison to what Mattel, Neca, Fresh Monkey Fiction, Jada Toys, Mcfarlane. So many people want to compare Action Force to GIJOE but they are light years away from ever being considered competition to GIJOE.
Funny you say all of this whereas if some other toy reviewer was negative towards Gi Joe you’d say “Stop being negative towards Hasbro and sell your collection if you’re gonna be negative towards Gi Joe.” Which does turn people off from the brand and go to third party. And you’re the guy who’s always saying you hate negativity.
Awesome fig! Nice review…good job Vala!

No Trigger? I figured he'd be the best one-off to get.
@TheToyOdyssey If the Swarm Tracer and the Praetorian is bland to you then what isn't? How do you define a bland and dull design may I ask?
