I witnessed it myself when 4 men picked up an electric wheelchair with a woman in it just toget it on the sidewalk because there’s no curve cuts in front of a orthopedic spine and hand surgeons office. The disabled parking was across the street. Eventually the office moved repeatedly but at one of my appointments the ma causally said we were there a long time.
