depends on Specification and finishing we arrive.. Rs.2300 to 2500 per sq.ft ..
plus Additional of Compound wall , Sump , septic tank , Gate ( These depend on their volume will varry lot )
We may end up with Rs.2700 to Rs.3000 per Sq.ft put together everything ..

Super boss - Please can you clarify if Spiral staircase can be used in house?

1 feet 9 inch is my house stairs inner breadth. Good and safe for single person to climb. But very difficult with materials. So please have inner breadth atleast 2 and half feet.

Nice useful Video! As in the case of 11ft roof height if 23 steps, the riser is coming to 5.75". If choosing 21 steps (internal steps) for a 11 ft roof in a duplex house, the riser would be 6.29" . As standard recommendation is around 6" riser how much of a difference will this make between 6" & 6.29"? Will 6.29" be a little high or difficult to use in the long run? Can you share your thoughts/opinions.

That will not be a big difference ... if gone beyond 6.5 or around 7 will feel discomfort ..

@@kgsbuilders ok Sir, Thanks for your reply 🙏This we are planning in a 11ft*7ft6" Rectangle space with roof height 11ft(including 5" Roof slab) with 10steps then landing(3ft4") and then 11steps with riser(6.29 and tread 10" and width 3ft6". Hope our calculations are right.

Depends on Height of Roof and Width of staircase we Adopt .. we normally adopt a staircase area of 7ft x 11ft ...

Both are stronger... it all depends on aesthetic view one needed and the budget capablity to spend regarding .. steel Staircase is slightly costlier than Conventional one
