- Hey Everyone,
I had the pleasure to sit down and interview Tomasz Sobkowicz, who finished 3rd Place at the Lorcana Challenge Chicago hosted by PPG. He piloted Ruby Sapphire making some interesting tech choices such as his infamous Great Stone Dragon. Listen as he gives tips on how to pilot the deck, his reasonings behind certain cards, and even mulligan strategies!

Yeah! Go team Ruby Sapphire! 🎉
Gramma not played last set!!! Bruh it was a 4 of for me since day one of set 3 hahaha
Interesting resoning for great stone dragon🤔🤔🤔
It's pretty good 😎
I've been playing with no fishbones and only dragons it's been working surprisingly well
Love the video. Want to say that Medallion Weights is excellent in the deck. I’ve been running 2 copies. Being inkable is always nice but its effect can be clutch. The +2 helps challenge up and provide a non-Maui answer to locations. Can also let Maui one shot Castle. The alternative draw is very nice too. Would love to find a way to slide Scar back in to potentially have a board wipe combined with multiple card draw.
What do you change to put those in? Locations are increasing locally, and I was going to fishhook, but I like the idea of draw that the weights offer.
@@Low38 right now I’m testing with 63 cards. Also includes 2 vitalisphere, 1 scar, and 1 Ariel. Dream play is being able to drop Scar while activating Weights board wipe and draw for each challenge. The spheres can also help with locations or turns Tala into a Scrying Maui.
Going over 60 isn’t too bad with this deck as you have so much draw/filtering with Hiram,Pawp, HFIG, Tala, Develop Your Brain, Medallion Weights, and even OJA taking the top card.
Foil Maui 💪
How often did he run into the mirror match in chicago?
I played against it once Day 1 (would have been twice but I was able to intentionally draw my last 2 rounds)
I then played against it twice Day 2
@@StoneDragonApprentice Hey, is there a way to catch you on Dischord or anything?
