Aldo vs Bautista it'll be fun, here in Brazil Aldo is the underdog with +230. I got him to win this fight and i think he'll beat Bautista pretty easily after re-watch the fight between Bautista x Simon. Aldo basically was retired and came back to schooled Jonathan Martinez (who's in my opinion way better than Bautista) for 3 rounds. He's training his boxe with the Brazilian Navy team and you can see that his boxe is way more cleaner since then. I don't see Bautista winning here, because his striking is a bit sloopy, what about the takedowns? Well, Aldo has 92% of takedown defence, and he's in the UFC since 2010, Merab wasn't able to took him down so i don't think Bautista can either do this, the only way that he can probably win this fight is holding Aldo against the cage, like Merab did, but yeah, Aldo is gonna be my lock for this 307 card.
I can't believe Aldo is a +230 underdog in Brazil 😂 that is crazy. He's a +145 here but I 100% agree with everything you said. I went back and watched the fight between Bautista and Simon and I saw a lot of holes that Aldo can take advantage of. I think Jonathan Martinez is much better than Bautista as well and I thought Martinez was going to beat Aldo. But Aldo made it look pretty easy. I don't see Bautista really out striking Aldo and I definitely don't see him taking him down. I think this fight will come down to speed and accuracy and Aldo is better in those areas. It could be a competitive possibly close fight but I think Aldo good enough everywhere to get his hand raised 👊

But im quite confident in him as well and I think that +230 should drop the closer we get to the fight as well as the +145 here. I just have a hard imagining Buckley won't have any success on the feet for a portion of the fight. Thompsons style is hard to deal with for alot of guys but I think Buckley can press him enough to get in and out and land some shots. The smart path to beat Thompson obviously is wrestling but Buckley doesn't wrestle. Unless he had adds that to this camp and catches Thompson off guard with it. But Buckley mixing it up would be a safer path to victory.
Oh Alex fans will definitely be saying that. If Rountree beats Alex it'll be absolutely crazy but he will deserve every bit of the credit. Alex has the defensive holes to eat a bomb Rountree just has to get past and avoid Alex's landmine offense to land it.
No I don't see Alex just steam rolling Rountree immediately. I think it'll be interesting for a solid round and half and possibly competitive. Then once timing and range has been thrown out from each side a bit that's when it'll get crazy. I think Alex does land that killshot in the middle rounds. Either way somebody is going to sleep haha
It’s not the striking you have worry about Roman. It’s the take downs, and pushing him against the cage. He’s phiscly stronger and bigger than holland. Holland would beat him if it was a striking only fight. But I doubt that’s how Roman will fight him. Roman arguably performed better against Vetorri, same opponent Holland fought.
That is what I'm mostly expecting from Roman. His grappling is okay but it's not great and I have a hard time seeing him just taking Holland down at will. Holland has also greatly improved his takedown defense. I think he will try to hold Holland on the cage the majority of the fight but I expect Holland to eventually get separation and land shots. If Holland comes into this fight and doesn't care at all then yes, Roman will take a boring decision. But if Kevin wants this win I think he could easily make Roman look bad. It's just gonna depend on what Holland shows up Saturday night.
I'm not putting alot of stock into a freak broken rib on the ground 😂 Holland basically did that to him self trying to twist out and Roman wasn't doing anything with it anyway. Doctor stoppages are never a fun way for a fight to end.

Never really has been that good. On top of all that, if you watched the press conference, he clearly tried to talk Dolidze into not wrestling but standing with him. Dolidze wanted no part of that. It was clear, Kevin knew he was fucked this fight. Prior to the fight.

She is very mediocre in every area of her game and has never evolved really. What gets her through these fights is just toughness basically. Can't bet on Buckley because he won't take the obvious path to victory. His ego will keep him standing and that is Thompson's world.
