They just started advertising today on one of our local stations in Syracuse NY. My question is what the hell does a TV station in Chicago have to do with Syracuse NY? It appears to be another exploitation of an out of state tv station trying to get into and profit from another local stations market. Our local stations cover our local and national news quite sufficiently. ABC, NBC, and CBS also cover the national news quite well. WGN is a Chicago station that ought to stick with covering their own news in their own market.

WGN America is the cable channel, not the local channel WGN-TV.
