Great ideas! I’m homeschooling with a 3 month old so we’ve been going super simple and just alternating PBJs and ham and cheese sandwiches. I switch lunch up by changing the fruit, veggie and crunch elements and the kids haven’t gotten tired of them yet.

Yes! Simple changes to mix it up help give variety. And “easy meals” is key when you have a baby! 😊 I think my kids would be pretty happy to go back and forth between pb&j and ham & cheese!
