Hi! this is a nice video but I wanted to ask if the mute button also mutes the background music (meaning it mutes like the whole soundcard) or just the mic input?
It only mute the mic

I 100 percent agree that the lack of volume control for fx is a downer and reason I ordered it is same as u, foe the front headphone jacks. How's it working after having it for a bit? Thanks bro

@jenuds cool. Just got mine in today, I used it on our recent UA-cam live broadcast and sounds great. This is the 4th sound card I've bought. Hope I have more luck with this one lol

Yes. Just use xlr to 3.5 mm mic cable
Which one is better sound card between K300/K500 and x50 ?
I’ll go for k300 as it has more effects than the other 2

I would personally go for X50 coz of has 2 mic input while f998 has only 1.

There are 2 kinds of dynamic mic that I have tested. One of them works when I used xlr to 3.5mm cable. The other one only works when I connected a fethead.

Connect all wireless mic wireless transmitter to the mixer then connect mixer to F998 from monitor out of the mixer to mic input of F998

@@SandyCondor Same connection I’ve mentioned po- connect from earphone ng F998 to aux in or audio in ng amplifier para may effects ang voice.

Yes, you can. I have tried audacity and ableton live.
I Bought X50 just today but as i used for my Live Stream,no audio comes from tge sound card, please help
Very common issue is the adapter or cable you use to connect from your phone to X50 sound card. Even if you follow everything but you are not using the right adapter, it's not gonna work. You will only hear all the effects but no effects on your streaming or recording. I bought my adapter from the apple store.
Hi, I have here a Shure beta 57a which is a dynamic mic. Will it work if I connect it to X50? Like if I use an XLR to 3.5mm connector/cord will it work po?
I don’t have that kind of mic so I can’t assure it’ll work. If it won’t work, then you will need a fethead which is a mic amp

How can I use my mic which have type C connecter with x50 pro card which have 3.5mm mic jack
It might work if it has a headphone port on the mic. Does your mic has it?
My mic have type C and XLR connecter
It depend the kind of mic you have. You can first try using xlr to 3:5mm jack. If it’s a hungry gain dynamic and won’t work, then you will need a fethead. Some condenser mic requires an external 48V phantom power.
