If you guys ever run into that Fantastic Four 73 I would recommend picking it up. Crossover with Daredevil issues where Doctor Doom switched Bodies with Dare Devil. Then once doom gets back into his own body he calls the FF and warn them that Doom is in daredevil’s body. Then of course chaos ensues. And Thor and Spidey get involved. Just a great issue.
Hey, you have Asterix comics in the USA. I didn't know that. Brings back a lot of childhood memories. They are very funny.

I had to go to four different comic shops to get everything I wanted first two shops was only letting people pick up 5 comics but it was fine I had a lot of fun talking to people got to meet a lot of new collectiors

This year me and about 30 of the locals camped out in front of our LCS Nirvana Comics in Knoxville TN at midnight and they opened at 9AM it was amazing and so much fun!!! it was just one big block party next year were gonna bring a grill and make food all night

Those are some great books that you just picked up. My question is when you have your house sell you tend to discount things so much that it would not surprise me if you resold these books for the half of what you paid.

If you have to go through the books before you buy them. Might need to find a better shop.
I go through books of even the most trusted and reputable shops it could have ten thousand 5 star reviews all saying how immaculate the comics were and how honest the seller is, I’d still check. Point being your statement is way off base
If I'm spending my hard earned money, I'm going through the book to get a closer look at its condition before I decide to buy it.
