Don't think about packages...just build up your skills😎
learn fundamentals python and java programming languages and then shift to web development
After completion of development build basic projects 2 or 3 is mandatory

After completing class 10 what should I do to become a software engineer
Get a good college after 12th like IIT NIT IIIT or other colleges with good placement for that you have to prepare for competitive exams like JEE or others its not like without getting good college you will not be able to become software engineer but it makes your path little easy and focus on skills!!!

First of all I'm not blaming anyone but Tier 1 college students kbhi nhi samajh sakte ki tier 3 students ke liye reality kya hoti hai... Inn logo ko reality ka utna knowledge nhi hota, ye log sirf tier 3 ke unn bando se 2-3 conversation karte hai jo tier 3 college se tha aur badi companies me placed ho gya aur phir ye log apna khud ka conclusion draw karke Tier 3 waalo ke liye guidence videos bna dete hai...
But sirf 2-3 conversations me koi complete reality nhi jaan sakta like actual me reality kya hai.....
Again mai kisi ko blame nhi kar rha kyuki channel ki reach badhane ke liye aisa karna hota hai (and UA-cam aise work hi karta hai, agar hum bhi youtubers hote to hum bhi aisa hi karte)
So mera suggestion sirf itna hai ki UA-cam pe yaa kisi ke baato pe instant beleive hi nhi karna chahiye, Ho sakta hai saamne waala jo bol rha vo dusro ke liye applicable ho but hamare liye naa ho, Isiliye hame khud ka mind use karke find out karna chahiye ki hamare liye sahi kya hai, hamare liye kya work karega aur kya nhi. (Ye baat mujhe bahot experience aur failures ke baad samjh aayi hai ki kisi ke baat ko turant maan nhi lena hai, khud ka dimag use karna hai, if possible to LinkedIn yaa kahi se bhi experienced person se conversations karna hai tab jaake koi decision lena hai about career)

Hum sbke mind me aise wrong thoughts plant kiye gye hai jiske wajah se hume itni problem hoti hai. And sbse khatarnak mindset hai FAANG/MAANG yaa big tech companies ka hi job, job hota hai baaki saari companies me to kaam karna failure hai, second mindset yrr minimum 10LPA ka job hi job hota hai, agar isse niche ka kahi job lga to hum log to failure hai bhai(pehle mai bhi yhi sochta tha ki meri first job minimum 10LPA ki lagni chahiye aur FAANG yaa kisi popular big tech companies me lagni chahiye, isse niche ka agar job mila to mai to failure hu bhai and pura internet isi tarah ke videos se bhara hua hai)
But reality yhi hai ki agar aap tier 3 college se ho to direct FAANG me yaa big tech companies me job lagne ki probability bahot kam hai
It's fact So mai ye nhi bol rha ki FAANG me job ke liye try hi nhi karna, but apne taraf se puri koshish karni hai but agar job nhi lag rha to tension lene waali baat nhi hai
Yha bahot se examples hai jinhone chhote companies, startups se apne career ka starting kiya aur 2-3 saal ke experience ke baad big tech companies me minimum 15-20LPA tak job grab kiya hai(maximum to kitna bhi jaa sakta hai)
Mere mindset sirf itna sa change aaya ki yrr job job hota hai chahe job big tech companies ka ho yaa kisi chhote startup ka yaa even service based companies ka.
Haa it's true ki chhote companies me thoda work culture achha nhi hota, thoda extra mehnat karna padta but ye bhi to life ka experience hi hai, agar humko actual me programming se pyarr hai to humko fark nhi padta inn sb baato se. Agar hum extra efforts marne ke liye Ready hai to haa 2-3 year experience ke baad hi sahi but FAANG jaisi companies me job lag hi jaana hai.
Now conclusion is preparation pure dil se karna hai, fir har companies ke liye try karna hai agar achha job mile to bhi khush rahna hai aur kisi chhote companies me bhi job mile to bhi khush rahna hai kyuki career lamba game hai, sirf 4-5 year ka career nhi hai, career to 10-20 year ka game hai.
