Absolutely shameful! Been saying for years that Blacks here now weren't slaves. These Black elders actually went through this trauma, horror, plunder & they still reject it. God's judgment is on it's way.
I hope her lawyers take it to The Supreme Court of the United States. It’s the last avenue for relief but they should still pursue it. By law, she can go to the highest court of the US so they can review the lower courts ruling!

that is because the government that did the Japanese wrong were held to account. Tulsa on the other hand is different. They are trying to hold the present government for crimes a past government committed. this is called ANACHRONISM. No US court will ever pass judgment on an anachronistic event. Black Americans should have filed a suit in the 1930s.
@@astroprotectorLIAR!!! Complaints & lawsuits were filed shortly afterwards. Black attorneys there were in tents writing legal documents to file complaints & lawsuits, which was done. The local, state & federal government were involved in the massacre.
The laws need to be changed... Oklahoma supreme Court is obviously unable to do the job that they've been positioned for in a way that exemplifies the spirit of freedom and Justice in this country.

This decision is a violation of the 13 th amendment outlawing the Badges of Slavery and should be given a forum in court. The statute is invalid because of the terror and violence all of the victims endured, and they should never be required under any deadline to file a suit, just like rape victims. Purpetrators could then terrorize someone then threaten them until the statute of limitations runs out and get off. Maybe someone can explain the public nuisance law.
