One of your recent videos dropped some info about towns creating modified equipment. Since then every time I enter a town I filter the towns inventory by # and voila already found 3 balanced piercing arrows I probably would have or have been missing.
You can still use horses to achieve this, and you don't need all the senses. However, you do need the right perks and must do it in the appropriate town, so it's not an early game exploit like the wood and charcoal method. But like I show in my last video you can also use this to lvl up you clan tier and you trading skill,
@@hero_on_youtube Yes I do understand, its total wrong it had to say: that you don't need 1000 horses to work, if you have all the right perks, It was late night, sorry
@@hero_on_youtube And don't forget the right town, I think there is only 1 town that pay top gold for horses. I know were it is just forgot the name of it.
can this only work for wood and iron? seems like wood and charcoal are connected and every type of iron is connected. But i could not find a relationship between any other items...
Yep, I mentioned that. Hardwood and Charcoal are connected, the Iron materials are all connected and three of the four types of horses are connected and work as well.
Low prosperity = cheap to buy. High prosperity good to sell. 3 Workshops in town can change prices (you can buy workshop and change production). It makes high damend for resources and cheaper price for product. Also bound villages production make the raw resources cheaper.
Prosperity plays a role in Demand and that plays a role in the value of goods in the town. You can use a low Prosperity town to reduce the buying price of the items you are using for the Trade Exploit, then go to a town with high Prosperity to run the exploit.
@@ShamTakeProfit I'll do some testing. With no focus, most likely. With no or less social, not entirely sure. Seems like you would need a LOT of crafting materials.
You need a lot of horses to make it work. I have another video where I show it working with horses after TW "fixed" horse trading. It can work, it just may not be worth it to you to get it to work.
This should definitely raise your roguery stats, because this kind of market manipulation *HAS* to be illegal.
Nice! We need a mod the raises Roguery if you use exploits!
You’ve been killing it with these videos lately, you are a real one!!!

Awesome! That's a good tip.
Very clear explanation bud. Cheers
There are like 3 perks that offset horse trading penalty. That’s why the “artificial” penalty you mention exists.
Great video, thanks for putting one out about this.

Not sure what you mean by 'senses'.

@@mrboomer8726 I'll test this again will all the right perks. Thanks.

Looks as good catch to try check and fallow caravan. Scouting should reveal destination.
That crown on your head is well deserved 👏👏👏
I prefer to smith and sell javelins for money but I'll try this method for trade xp.
caravan exploit for the win
You always win you use the caravan exploit!
This has been in the game for over 2 years I think.
Yep, I discovered the trade exploit a few years ago, but it existed since the launch of the game in early access.
first! keep the videos comin'

Sad to say this but this exploit no longer works. Which makes me very sad because raising trading skills without it is a hopeless grind now.
Why do people insist on saying this doesn't work? If it doesn't work for you, YOU are not doing it correctly. Watch the video, I explain it.
@@hero_on_youtube As of 2024-11-30 13:46 CET time it does work prefecty.
Does the towns prosperity matters if you do trade exploit? Can I get more xp because of that? 🤔

So can I still get to level 300 without having max social?
Or max focus points?

thanks i tried this with horses and gave up.

Stop abusing consumer rights!
Shh... shh... they don't know they're being abused. They think they are pulling one over on me.
Thats really clever! Good job, well explained. So early game you could do the same with for example grain and beer, sheep and wool, silk and velvet?
No, grain and beer are not connected. They are separate items, the same with sheep/wool and silk/velvet. This will not work with them.
You said the same exact thing 3 times in a row for 5 minutes? don't make the video long just for the sake of it.
