Has no one here heard of a nominal fee? Traditionally if someone wants to get rid of something but has to sell it, they’ll accept a £1 nominal fee so it’s legal.
I think Nish is pretending that he is dying try to get back with Suki and family but selling the cafe with the pound that is penny pinching and a skinflint as well but when he is in the cafe he is smiling all the pain and aches it is a set up if he dies in the cafe that is his own fault
