I am a player from 2020, I already experienced blood hour but I can't remember how, yes he does run very fast so going to a place like safe house or observation tower will help you, there is also a different one called nightmare mode, hes way faster and instead of the sky being red it's green. I think he was 3x or 5x faster I am just not sure but its custom back in 2020 - 2022 you could only experienced it because most of the games that have the hour is very dead 0 - 2 players except for rake fan remake!
