Is the IDR waiver in jeopardy by the recent lawsuits? More specifically, if you have already consolidated to a Direct Loan and are enrolled in an IDR but are waiting on the results of the IDR waiver, what is the likelihood that the IDR waiver will be dismissed by these lawsuits? I think that is where most of us are sitting at this stage.
I applied for reconsolidatation on April 30th, they are just getting around to actually processing the reconsolidatation in mid July. Will I still get the IDR waiver?

If I consolidated with my new loans (Jan-May 2024) with old loans; will the new loans take the date for the older loans PSLF date?
