Firstly, she could donate her hair. Secondly, it seems that the girl don't want that haircut, so why did you do it? She looked beautiful with her long hair.

Customer is smiling as he makes the first short cut on the side. If she didn't want it that short she should have stopped him and asked how short he was planning to cut it. We need to learn to discuss and be sure we are on the same page. A picture helps.
She definitely gave her ok to the style before he started cutting. But it's not surprising that it was a bit of a shock to see her long hair cut off like that...

Nice cut overall but the barber absolutely needs to learn how to do women’s sideburns on short haircuts! This is too masculine
I've asked him a few times. Some people seem to love the squared sideburns, though
@@haarminnaar “like squared sideburns” really? Maybe introduce them to the sharp feminine ones and see if they still prefer it. Or atleast take it up higher or fade it out. Imho would look better. Otherwise good cut

I think it was too severe of a cut for someone going from very long hair. He was cutting it like it was a man's head! She should have had a pretty shoulder cut and style it from there. He should have stopped to ask what exactly she wanted or asked her if she was ok. She had beautiful long hair. So shiny and healthy. Not saying she didn't need a cut, but not so drastic!

What a terrible haircut! She went from a 10 to a 2. She had the most beautiful gorgeous long dark shiny silky hair. It's bizarre to me why women would cut their beautiful long hair like that. It will take her 5 years to grow her hair the way it was.

The short hair looks great on her. Long hair is not for everyone. So many wear messy buns or pull back all the time. Shampooing and drying is a chore.

This is why I haven't been to a hair salon in 13 years because they never do what you ask. They do what they want. My daughter trims my hair. She listens, and isn't even a hairdresser, and does better.
