You guys should be very proud of yourselves. I feel as if i finally struck gold after a long expensive search. This morning i found your vid/recipe for the new walnut/chocolate chip cookie and made a batch for my wife. They turned out looking just like your video and the flavor/texture/melt-ness was so incredible that i immediately made this Oatmeal/Raisin Cookie for myself...wow. You guys deserve a trophy! After years of frustration searching for the perfect cookie recipe(s), i can now die a content man. Thank You

Where I live there isn't really a distinction, I'm sure a fine to medium consistency would work, nothing too "gritty" (?) Plus, experimenting is fun, maybe try smaller batches ;)

Thank you Sally! I love oatmeal raisin cookies❤️ I came up with a fantastic chocolate chip/sea salt cookie that I also put in the freezer! It has the same basic idea, with a few extra ingredients. Isn’t pulling out one or two (or six😉) pieces of cookie dough for when you are in need of a fresh warm cookie, yummy 😋 I know many people, as to myself, love the combination of sweet and salty or soft and sweet! My mom taught me how to bake when I was 8 or 9. Being 40, I have a few years of experience, lol! When she passed away from brain cancer 4 years ago, she kept asking me to bake her cookies and pastries! I have been bit by the cake/cookie bug! Thanks to you, Jemma and Dane I have been making all sorts of treats! My husband and step daughter are loving it! I love you guys ❤️ Stay safe and healthy!

I received my kit and made these right away. They are in the freezer now will cook some tomorrow and post photo. The mixture is very sticky plus it was a very warm day. I ended up placing dollops of the mixture into cupcake cases in my cupcake pan to hold them in place then weighed each one and topped up to 100g as necessary. Much less mess and easier to freeze and store.

So what I did was actually added 100 g of self-rising flour and it turned out perfect. In every other oatmeal cookie recipe that I have done it usually had more oatmeal than it did flour.
