You could use the "Doesn't have" part of the search in Gmail to specify the domain the email addresses shouldn't contain. Like that you should be able to filter out your companies domain.

Can you explain why my send templates are returning back with the note they are being blocked? I've tried your technique with multiple addresses and have been given the same answer: "You're message is blocked." How can I fix this?

I've never had that issue. Found a Gmail support page that could help: support.google.com/mail/answer/6590?hl=en#:~:text=There%20are%20a%20number%20of,executable%20files%20or%20certain%20links.

@@saperis Thank you. That did clear up the issue. I had an unexpectedly suspect picture so Google will not allow it to go through. Deleting the picture and replacing it with a virus-free image solved the problem. Thank you again. You are so very helpful.

Make sure to activate templates in your Gmail settings. If you don't activate it then you can't save any templates.

This will only work for new incoming emails and not for emails that are already in your inbox.

How about you give the filters another look. I chose to use "Has the words". If that's not the right fit for your situation you can use any of the other filters. How about "to"?
