David's Y33 Q45 W/ Straight exhaust

- Thanks everyone for the views. This is my friend’s old Infiniti Y33 Q45 with a straight pipe exhaust. It was lowered on S13 Parts Shop MAX coilovers and arms. The exhaust is a Y-pipe into dual 4inch tips. The car is long gone so I wouldn’t be able to provide any updated pictures.

@@shieyperrish5284 to me they seem slept on. I hardly hear anyone say compliments about Infiniti's. It's mostly always the cars like an Audi, charger, jeep, trackhawk, etc.

Most of them are flashy show cars stanced and tromboned out.
I have a 2k Q45 anniversary edition white/tan only aftermarket is LEDs all around. Everything works too. I like yours that way, but I would never do that to mine.

If I bought a USDM Q45t from 1999, could I replace the trunk hood with one of these? So the lights are extended?
Yes, but honestly it's not worth it. I planned on swapping mine but ended up growing to like the kouki rear. Looks a little more modern and reminescent of the Y32 Cima. I'm glad I never swapped mine.

How good is your gas mileage and what wheels are those
Thanks for the video. I'm about to VIP my benz and I wasn't sure if id like to straight pipe it or straight pipe to muffler. Still slightly hesitant on what id like because I will have a full sound system wired too and idk if id want the sound system being bogged down by the straight pipes. (My last car had straight pipe to muffler and I liked it because I could fully enjoy my system at idle)
I guess my only real concern is being able to enjoy my system at idle with a straight pipe. Thoughts?

Is it on PBM’s coilovers and are they maxed out? Bc I’m looking to go super low
It’s on S13 Pbm coilovers and it’s the highest it goes. You’ll have to convert to s13 arms In The front if you go this route
@@simplistek would I just have to swap out the control arms to s13 arms to be able to run them ?
@@kaydennanhthanong562 I'm not sure exactly because this was so long ago. But PBM makes colonels for the Y33 now so you can just go that route

damn that q45 and mine are identical twins by looks and how they sound bcuz both of ours sound the same hahaha only things that are different are the wheels, exhaust and window tint... i have limo tint, 3 1/2 inch piping dual stack exhaust and rolling on stock 2006 OEM flat black maxima wheels...

Remember the diameter of the exhaust pipe? And the diameter of those tips as well ???
I don't remember the piping but the tips were 3".

@jacksinsel8798 they were 18x9 I believe on part shop max s13 coilovers modified to fit the y33. This car was my friend's and its long gone.
Was everything removed after the cats. A true straight pipe. No muffler no resonators?
