At Philip Morris USA, We graduated to Mark-9 in the 80's cigarette cut was 5000 per minute. This was a combo of Mollins maker (British ) and Hauni Max or tipping unit. German. Later, Our engineers got together with German Proto and developed the PM Proto. 10,000 cuts per minute. That is in-house manufacturing. I think this company must be either Pakistani or Indian. As they don't know how to use safety boots, helmets, glasses and gloves during production process. It shows How illeterate they are as don't know HSE environment standards neither they use safety items in Dubai. It spoil the name of Made in Dubai. Or probably this company is being run by a small child or a junior owner who is below age 28.
