i were always surprised, how good the music for Doors is and how well fitting they are. Now they just made the original music even better for that very long chase. Masterpiece and one of my favorit Parts of the entire game.

Compared to the first version of Here I Come, this one feels...calmer. There's multiple sections where the synth goes quiet, leaving only the background instruments and the percussion. It almost feels like the player is less scared of Seek, in a way. They're still panicked to a degree, obviously, but it's not as bad as in the hotel. There it was your first encounter with Seek, you knew nothing about him and all you could do was run and hope that worked. In the mines however, you are more calm, knowing how Seek works. Initially the jump mechanic could catch you off guard, and so will the minecart section at first, but you can feel in the music that the player is going from being in a panic trying to get away represented by the synth playing, to concentrating and focusing solemnly on avoiding the obstacles ahead represented by the parts with the lack of synth. This is a personal interpretation of mine and I believe this version of the song was originally intended for the hotel and got scrapped and now reused, but thematically it fits a lot, specially from a player's perspective. At some point you see these entities so much that they lose most of their fear factor and become an annoyance and just an obstacle on the way to the end. Editted for typos

Bro I was persistently searching for floor 2 music the previous day. I was about to do it now too until I got struck with a thought that there was this one guy who always posted Doors music and nothing else. I searched for the floor 1 seek music to get the name and seeing your name in the search list brought back my memory about me listening to floor 1 music from your channel the previous year. And as I expected, you have posted the official music used in floor 2! No remixes or cuts, just the real thing. Now time to listen to these bangers until I get bored enough.
It's like floor 1 but with less space. But is true that sometimes lighting guide is not enough visible. As a tip, when you're on the tunnels the first path is always straight, the second it's the important, the third is always locked.

Guiding light in general helps us a ton. From educating, to guiding (when taking too long, when running from seek etc) and by distracting Figure as it's a bout to jump you.

I beat the 2 floors in the span of 2 days, 1st I completed alone, 2nd I was doing with my gf until she died from Grumble (god, we HATE it). I have a list of ideas and expansion of ideas that I would love to see in the mines + update if there even is one. Crucifix Necklace: it only works for 3 max and below. Anything higher and it would fail. it is from curious light and is found in the backdoors. there is rusty 1 max, silver 2 max, and gold 3 max. it can be used on seek hand by holding it down with a yellow chain and then it breaks. Journal/bible (you can choose what you want to call it): basically, a charger for the candle, crucifix, crucifix necklace, and bottle of star light. there will be 0-10 papers of ancient text writing that will charge them. papers can be found in the mines and the hotel. when using one it will show a drawing of guiding light when used on the crucifix or the candle showing that it's their properties. same with curious light with the bottle of starlight and crucifix necklace. possessed crucifix: possessed crucifix is a crucifix that was put in a rift. it acts like the normal crucifix but has a bar of 6. 6 resembles the 6 chains that are there while using the crucifix. the slot in the inventory will still be there when the crucifix is done it will appear back in your inventory. if rush there will be max and over, max is the just fits the requirement. over is over the requirement which means crucifix will turn red if used at that point. for instance, if someone uses up 3 of the 6 it would be 3, halt, dread, seek, figure, grumble and ambush if ambush is at 3, would break out of it and go back to attacking you. giggles would use it up to 2, screech would use it up to 2, eyes would use it up completely, hide, dupe would make it to 2, gloombats would make it to 1, rush would make it to 1, and ambush if ambush is rebounding 2 time would make it to 1, would be crucified but it would still use up. if ambush was rebounding 6 times, then it would break free from the crucifix and attack you if you aren't hiding somewhere. The first version represents the player's feelings, they don't know what is chasing them, they just know to run and are in absolute fear The second version is quieter and represents how the player feels scared at first, but then the music becomes calmer showing how they are already used to Seek and aren't so scared of it anymore, and then the minecart scene hypes the music up because fear is starting to kick in again
His true form is the diarrhea ww see in door 200, Lsplash confirmed that all the black goop we see around is seek itself, and it can shape into anything, in thks case a human, when seek is not shaped into anything he is just a mountain of black goop diarrhea

The first version represents the player's feelings, they don't know what is chasing them, they just know to run and are in absolute fear
The second version is quieter and represents how the player feels scared at first, but then the music becomes calmer showing how they are already used to Seek and aren't so scared of it anymore, and then the minecart scene hypes the music up because fear is starting to kick in again
I didn't think of it like that but I guess it makes sense
It’s really clever how they named both to go with one another, this one is called “Ready Or Not” while Floor 1’s chase is called “Here I Come”
