I've been watching these videos since they started. Today is the first time I cried. When Jessica and Jep talked about their son questioning his skin color, I just cried. Happy that he has good parents that love him so much.

When I told my grandpa that I had joined a traveling band, he asked its name. I told him "Badlands Express".
He exclaimed, "bad lambs depressed?! What the H kind of name is that for a band"?
That was 35 years ago and my wife still cackles with joy at its telling.
It sounds like a great books we have. Six forever great grand kids!
My sister & BIL lost 2 children 5 months apart. Their faith in God got them through & they remained married until her death in 2019 a feat unto itself. 🤠

I have to tell you just how much me and my family enjoy your podcast. I know that you guys are the real deal because I have subscribed to this and all things Roberson family, yet when I check it says I'm not subscribed so I subscribe again and again. It's weird because I'm the only one who has access to the remote. My husband became bed bound due to a stroke and you guys are what he looks forward to his every waking hour.
I say the real deal because I feel like the devil don't want us to listen. And all things unwholesome that we are not subscribed to pop up constantly.

I had daughters, one of whom has had two sons. The younger son “sprinkled” his face like Zach did. It splashed onto my bed where, I was changing him. After that, started putting a dry diaper underneath him & checking before I completely uncovered him.
That was better, though, than the time my mom was washing my younger brother’s hair in the bathroom sink. She was holding him, stripped down, & I was edging my way behind them when he let go & it landed it my mouth. (#1 not #2)

What a beautiful thing, adopting all God's children! I do wish my wife and I could afford to do such an incredible thing as taking on a child, first off whose mama has decided to keep him/her, and want that child to experience a life other than ending a precious soul, God created! Especially now that I have become a child of God myself! I failed my kids but that's not to say I'm not trying with all my heart to lead them all to Christ now! But it would be a totally different experience now that God has come into my life and has made this retched sinner see,all God's wonderous creations are truly precious gifts to us, from Him. I love you all. And thank you for another wonderful podcast! God bless you all❤️🙌🙏🕊

Jep & Jessica…. If flag football is active in your area, consider it for Gus to give him time to see if he develops a love for the game of football or not. If not, great. But I have seen some genuine love for game develop in kids that may never have ever tried touch football at a young age (or had Mommy’s that didn’t want them to 😊). The best thing for kids is for them to love a game/sport because they want to play it.
