I'm a Thai speaker and a Coil fan. All vocals in xaj3z are randomly synthesized but based on Thai language pronunciation structure as well. As far as I've heard this album.
Pavlov also played for coil in some of their live sets, for cyclobe as well in present day. he works a lot with sound engineering, and if I read correctly, the vocals in xaj3z are all programmed and not really supposed to be a language.. weird and captivating, 'if computers could talk' I guess..
I wouldn't exactly call Peter Christopherson a Thai. He's English, he has only lived in Thailand for the past few years. As for the "vocals", they're not in any language and are entirely synthesized.

the purest perfection...
Coil is gone. Jhon & Sleazy were amazing. Before & after.
I Love the Album! ♥
closer to the non-traditional contemporary music than the electronic ......
@rupertwaddles
Right, he no longer lives in Thailand because he no longer lives period. He passed away late November at his home in Bangkok, Thailand.
@octoberseven Not only is he English, he's one of the founding member's of the great "Throbbing Gristle".
