Hauptsache Gesund
A common statement from people who have realised that there is no real satisfaction in this world.
Perhaps they have had ambitions,
Some succeed and feel empty
Others fail and are dissappointed
People have hopes for relationships that are not fulfilled
Seek satisfaction in travel, in nature, in a home, in clothes or in service
And in all these things we are left with a nagging feeling that something is missing
And so we reduce our hopes
We begin to think smaller
Take fewer risks
Perhaps we go through a sickness or operation and after we recover from that pain we have a renwed sense of gratitude for what it means to be pain free and healthy
We say - hauptsache gesund
You have realised that things don't matter - sachen bedeuten nicht mehr viel
Hauptsache - Gesund
So if we leave aside Sachen
We are left with Haupt - Gesund
Where is your Haupt?
Yes on your shoulders
Haupt - Head - Seat of thoughts, actions, motivations,
Thinking healthy
The importance of thinking healthy thoughts
In PNI research scientists found that 60 seces of holding a thought already leads to changes in your body. Don't act wicked parts in theatre - you will become wicked.
There is a lot of research around this area - but I will not stop there - want to go a step further

Wait a minute - now we are stepping away from cool trendy positivity - this is not new age wishful thinking
The Bible is talking about a clear sequence of authority:
God Father - Jesus - Man - Wife
You can pursue health but if Christ is not your boss - your haupt or if your relationships are not right in the home, then something will be unhealthy.
Hauptsache Ungesund.
Er hat uns seinen Plan wissen lassen, der bis dahin ein Geheimnis gewesen war und den er - so hatte er es sich vorgenommen, und so hatte er beschlossen - durch Christus 10 verwirklichen wollte, sobald die Zeit dafür gekommen war:Unter ihm, Christus, dem Oberhaupt des ganzen Universums, soll alles vereint werden - das, was im Himmel, und das, was auf der Erde ist.
One day - sooner or later - God will unite everything in the whole universe under the one Head - Jesus
11 Außerdem hat Gott uns - seinem Plan entsprechend - durch Christus zu seinen Erben gemacht. And you have a choice to be on board - part of the team - or you can miss it
You can say
Hauptsache es geht mir Gut
Hauptsache es stimmt für mich
Hauptsache ich bin Gesund
When you sign up to be part of the plans and purposes of God that will lead to zum Ruhm seiner ´Macht und `Herrlichkeit beitragen
Then everything changes
Did you ever hear a soldier going to battle say - Hauptsache Gesund
No he says - Hauptsache wir gewinnen den Krieg
My team and I have signed up for a battle
