Choco-sensei is blatantly going off the side because she doesn't understand the mechanics, won't drift, and therefore fails to turn sharp enough. Ao-kun understands the mechanics, drifts...and then COMPLETELY overshoots the drift, timing the boost to launch her off the edge of the straight-away after she completes the turn. It's impossible to say which of these two would be worse until it actually happens because although their playstyles are quite different, BOTH end up with the same result: they fly off the edge or get stuck on geometry while off-roading, just for completely different reasons. Where one of them fails to react, the other reacts *too hard,* so in the end the only difference is that one messed up on the inner curve while the other messed up on the outer.

Towa snatching the trophy right off of Suisei's hands by winning the last two races and delaying her retirement, with Sui-chan doing one of the biggest throws of all the MK tournaments by falling at the last second in Dragon Road and being overtaken by Hajime, who was at 9th place just 30 seconds before and managing to get an incredible sequence of Triple Shrooms > Star > Triple Shrooms to zoom past everyone and all the chaos happening around her, and said 3rd place finish putting her 2 points ahead of Okayu to give her a 3rd place overall in her first MK tournament. The writers absolutely cooked with this Tsuyo Cup.

Are you for real? Ao was the clear winner of Zako from day 1 and so there was no point in watching the Zako cup while the Tsuyo was a surprise. Everyone either had Suisei or Okayu taking the trophy but Towa made a huge comeback.

It was amazing that she even knows to do shortcuts using mushrooms.
